>chad (who is 7' tall) and brad (who is 8' tall) vigorously pursue a mediocre girl (female's self-insert) in a love triangle
female writing is entirely love triangles
>>chad (who is 7' tall) and brad (who is 8' tall) vigorously pursue a mediocre girl (female's self-insert) in a love triangle
This is possibly the worst description of drakengard I've ever read.
>Legacy of Kain >story about 2 domineering buff shirtless vampires
written by a woman alright
jokes aside LoK is the shining example that embarrasses women as writers even worse because it's the perfect example showing that with effort they absolutely CAN write exceptional male characters and story, they just almost without exception actively refuse to, and choose to write the most saccharine and banal drivel imaginable
The reality is because they write characters they want to frick - even if the guy is a complete loser, an butthole, a chivalrous knight, or an awkward nerd.
It's the same reason that there are regularly "Stop Liking Evil Women" threads here. No one actually wants an evil gf; powerful gf capable of protecting you and your offspring if pushed and generally puts on a b***hy attitude toward all but softens around you "evil", maybe, but not a ruining-peoples-lives-torturing-her-enemies-committing-indiscriminate-genocide evil.
But you'd still frick her.
>No one actually wants an evil gf
how evil we talking? horror movie camper murder monster or fae mischevous "evil" like tricking people into getting lost in the woods evil?
because depending on where on the spectrum it falls I can and most definitely would date an "evil" woman. like a vampire girl who just feeds on the locals until the entire town looks anemic and doesnt give a shit. Or frick loser up murder dad from Undertale.
I'm not sure if this would hold true. But one could theorise that women have a clearer perspective on how an ideal man may behave, their motives, emotions, etc., than men, and that men hold too many conflicting beliefs about masculinity to right male characters well. With some opting to try to right characters that are just badass, but lack depth, and real, masculine values.
Men are confused about masculinity, and a lot of masculinity is held in what women want, pleasing women, appealing to women, being storng, desirable, and women may have a better, outsider perspective on this.
All that speaks to is your priorities. Do you want believable males? Or handsome, unshakable rocks that never make you question their control in a situation?
My cute baby eating cannibal elf wife with a nonfunctioning womb, who later became a sexy loose non-cannibal elf wife who takes advantage of her nonfunctioning womb for an unlimited amount of physical pleasure
now you know thats a loaded question.
Drakengard is shit.

Women are better at writing character and relationships in general but on the other hand they're awful at writing anything else.
I dunno man, I really like Legacy of Kain.

LoK is fantastic, I could listen to Kain talk about anything for days on end
>Red dragon with dark guy
>Dark dragon with red guy
Kino trope
Women have significantly more self obsession and vindictiveness, which are compelling in fiction and repelling in reality
The reality is because they write characters they want to frick - even if the guy is a complete loser, an butthole, a chivalrous knight, or an awkward nerd.

Do not be lying to me, anon.
Women tend to be more observant of how people act than men

But women write both and men don’t do either
Men don't write believable men? Despite having experienced their whole lives as them?
SISTER FRICKING
Drakengarde 1
FURIAE!!!!!!!!
The only case that I know that might fit somewhat into this description is LoK, and while it has good dialogue, the general plot is a mess...
what's so special about these characters?
Choose
Grrrrr... Stupid little girl. (you) have been a very naughty and bad e-girl cultist leader. You need serious correction!!!
i'll take the weird looking one in the middle

>arm sleeves
troons don't count
>women are better at writting male characters
>men are better at writting female characters
What does this mean?
