FIFA, Madden and 2K are similar to COD where people just buy that 1 game and play it annually, complaining the entire time and yet still dumping money into microtransactions for the MP modes.

And with the microtransactions making well over $1 billion annually, it covers the cost of all the other bombs.

Well for Madden it's because EA took the NFL license for themselves and forced the NFL 2K series to stop. Leading to them getting away with putting out games with less modes, more glitches, and a shitload of microtransactions, and no one can really stop it because it's the only new NFL games that come out.

Im in the process of trying to teach myself how to code just to make a powderpuff football (american) game. It would be in the same vein as NFL Blitz (can tackle after the play, punch people, etc) but with women and you can unlock skimpier and skimpier clothes/lingerie as you beat the game. There would of course be cheats like in old nfl blitz, but in addition to big head mode there would be big tit and big ass modes. Also pear and flat modes as well. And of course I'd have a e-girl mode as well just to get free publicity from pissed off twittertards.
