>make hardcore servers
>but make pvp opt in only and ban you if you kill someone without their consent
literally what is the point
a scenario could happen where one faction takes over the server, they'd have PCs riding the zone walls where you cross into a pvp zone and picking off all the little newbies of the other faction that dare to cross into the big world.
there are no pvp zones in hardcore
this is already out? holy shit, even the wow shills are running out of influence.
So I've mainly played priest in classic and I think it's the only class I'd feel safe as playing without dying BUT
How bad is it as a healer in HC? I imagine everyone expects you to save them and then u die cause of naiviety. Any experiences? Might start today cause starfield is ass
That's basically it. Priest is fun levelling solo though.
Because it's Classic. There's no fun content. Specs are barebones, the high level class quests are too aids to do in hardcore.
Usually tanks die first from what I've seen, followed immediately by the healer.
Most of the deaths I see are by stupid DPS who dont understand mechanics, followed by healers trying to save everything
You guys doin all the dungeons? Might skip all that don't actually have any important/good priest gear (so everything besides sm and dm
Skipping, I would if I had reliable friends.
Too risky with pugs
Not worth it most of the time, or at least until you have defensive cooldowns or CC so you can gtfo if it goes south.
Fact is, there will always be a hunter whose pet pulls a pack and wipes the tank and 1 other, don't let it be you.
I'd never do a dungeon with a hunter even in non hc
I can assure you as a Tank, you are the first one to die, especially in low level dungeons.
I would only run dungeons with people that aren't backpedal morons, that have keybindings and a working brain.
Sadly even those small requirements filter 50% of the classic community.
>nostalgiaslop
belongs in the trash with remakes
I dont have money to, I've got so many life problems I'd love to just play wow and retreat into a comfort zone. But alas I must face life head on.
>half the fun is griefing
>not allowed to grief
I’m good. I’m not even a griefer but running into traps setup by other players was actually interesting and as always blizzard sucks the fun out of everything they touch
Pretty clear setup for some stupid shit to happen. Unfortunately that guy will probably get banned
>Be farmer irl
>Release classic during harvest time
>Release classic hardcore during harvest time a few years later
Frick you.
>copies private servers
>still fricks it up
Fun and immersive but too much of a timesink. I’ll go from playing an hour a day to 4-6 and more over a week or two and be completely consumed. I just can’t justify wasting time like that anymore.
why? don’t tell me you’re a wagie
>Why aren’t you coming back, anon? There’s no better time, Azeroth awaits for a new adventure
playing the same shit over and over and over again, it's not even fun anymore, people do it for some kind of masochist feeling of nostalgia, literally burning away time of their lives they could be using to improve themselves or making it, fricking pathetic losers.. if you are playing wow in your 30's you are a fricking looser, and you will never achieve anything in your pathetic life
make it free to play and we can talk otherwise frick off
It's just going to be the same stacking warriors meta except you can't rush into battles as recklessly as before. The class balance is too crappy.
wow classic is simply not made for a hardcore mode. The amount of time you have to invest into a charackter lvling professions combined with quests and dungeons that kill you instantly if you fail the knowledge check is too high
Still better than FFXIV so I will play it
>troony devs
nah
I don't want to replay the same game where you have very few quests after level 40 fighting the same npcs you have been fighting since the beginning
it's fun but I'm taking it really slow. I'm messing with multiple characters, trying to skill professions while I'm leveling. yea it's way more optimal to just get a level 60 and then funnel the money to training professions but this way is a fun change of pace.
>Same game except when you die it's forever this time
Keep paying that sub, maybe they'll eventually throw some actual new content at you
>paying monthly to play a game
what other game does that?
>exact same game from 20 years ago except if you die your character gets deleted
>only for $15 dollars a month
It's not exactly the same, there's censorship and shit now.
>playing with no fun, try-harding, loot reserving, non-tanking paladins/warriors
>fun
i can see all the food analogies being used in tarde chat already
