Because you don't just get to change the rules of a language, to suit your mental illnesses. It took hundreds of years for gendered nouns to slowly drop out of use. It was done, because it simplified the language.
Adding They/Them & neo-pronouns, do not simplify English, they make it more complex, which is why it will never catch on, and will only stay as uncommon slang used by only a small subset, and will die off. Neo-pronouns are already only used by people with dissociative identity disorder, as a coping mechanism, because they aren't receiving proper mental health treatment. Adding They/Them to the list of acceptable pronouns, doesn't actually give any information that the other person wants, it does the exact opposite actually. Learn how language works, because any more, requires you to actually be smart enough for university English, which you're not smart enough for.

Unless you're writing on the evolution of language usage, specifically on the topic of slang, then you'll never get a paper published, when you use such words. And in this case, you wouldn't be using the slang in usage, but in reference to evolution, so it doesn't even count for your point.
Slang doesn't matter, because in 5-10 years, the next generation is going to laugh at you, for using "old people words".
There's a reason why there's a thousand different words to refer to someone being popular or cool. Because slang evolves faster than language will adapt. Words go in and out of fashion, and don't become official.
There's a reason why sites like urban dictionary are actually useful, because English doesn't adopt all of the slang.
By the time Bootylicious became an official word, it was already on the way out of use. Now, the idea of saying Bootylicious, would be met with laughter, of using such an "old word". Even though when Destiny's Child's song was new, it was used quite a bit. And that word is only a little over 20 years old. It's ancient already.
The only way Gen Alpha would use They/Them, in any meaningful amount, is if all the Twitch streamers started using it. They/Them will be dead in less than a decade, because it's already less fashionable to state pronouns. Neo-pronouns never caught on.

I'm not changing the topic, as They/Them lives more online than it does in reality. But group They/Them into whatever technical wording you want, and substitute it into the place of "internet and hood", if your autism is flaring up.

No, it doesn't prove your point, because my point is that English is slow to change, and you're saying that it's fast to change.
You're trying to say that slang dominates English, while I'm saying that slang is irrelevant.
I'm saying that They/Them as singular pronouns will forever stay as slang usage, because it will be dropped before it becomes standard. Unless you think the people who publish dictionaries will publish Gyatt shortly.

The "Royal" You(plural) is already very confusing for the majority of people, and requires the additional "Royal" qualification, because we don't commonly use You, as a plural pronoun, even though it's still technically in our official language.
They/Them adds the same kind of confusion. So it will never catch on.

I've already said it. It doesn't give you the information that He/Him & She/Her give. It's obtuse as a singular pronoun, because it will break our ability to properly parse sentences. Our entire system of verb conjugations will become complete nonsense, when they're already in a pretty good place. We're not going to change our entire system, to appease less than 1% of the population.
