Duviri was the breaking point where I realized that I don't actually like the game and it's never going to get better because the priorities are forever going to be wrong. The "repeating every day" thing was good for that, at least.

That's just because you have a higher error tolerance for robots. You know exactly how a human body should look like but you don't have hard standards for how a robot should, so even if it's weird in some places, you just don't notice.

i made it to edgy excalibur, finished his quest, went "oh wow, that's cool" and then was told if i wanted more like that i had to finish each and every single quest on the map, including shit like hacking which i despise, and so i alt f4'd and uninstalled instantly.
