I enjoyed Crisis Core as a game but, storywise it just completely takes a shit on og FF7.
I don’t mind him showing up in the rebuild of FFVII. As long as he is written better. The problem was that crisis core was badly written. This is evident in the nibelheim chapter. The whole chapter falls short and just kinda skips over everything. I’m sure there was a lot going on with genesis and angeal that we just didn’t see.
