No one wants her roastie ass so she has to rape all her sisters' dudes to compensate for it. Did I forget to mention that her sisters are way better looking and have better personalities as well?
>We don't even know what happens after ending D. im fully convinced we'll see what happens after ending D(or rather what future ending D lead to) at the end of Nier Reincarnation Especially considering it's very likely the Cage is Accord's suitcase
Never got to play that game, I never liked gacha stuff and that hack Taro seems obsessed with them at the moment.

>Never got to play that game
to sum it up(at least until now), and without going into the actual story details, simply sticking to the main theme and narrative: You travel to different timelines to find the "anomalies" and correct them to make the timeline progress as it was originally intended, resulting in creating memories which are recorded into weapons, which are then stored as a collection,
All of this is done to try and find where all these timelines converge, as that convergence is the most likely point of birth of the "anomalies"(black entities), aka the black entity which became the flower, which itself travel to the other timelines to alter them to lead them into nothingness, which if successful would result in the total collapse of all timelines
This quite literally lines up with what Taro revealed about Accord(remember that she's a literal weapon collector and dealer, and that all of her weapons have weapon stories), aka that she travels timelines to record them and try to prevent the fall down, which he explained being the collapse of all timelines.

Really cool concept, too bad he had to include important info in a gacha game.
Well duh, they all came from her, but the point is that they have better hairstyles, better senses of fashion, better personalities etc. etc.
[...]
She says she cannot trust virgins and thinks they are weird, she is a bona fide roastie. One is much better than her anyway.
>She says she cannot trust virgins and thinks they are weird
adding to this, she basically thinks virgins are naive and have no real perception of how the real world is, hence they can't be trusted in anything they do, think, or say.
Zero has been betrayed by_
her mother who sold her to a brothel
her supposed best friend who helped her surviving in the brothel but then tricked her to escape
her boyfriend(when she was alive) who sold her to guards after years of being together
her own genetics cause she believes being good looking is a curse as it makes others attracted to you leading to rape and being the source of all that she went through when alive
life itself, as upon death she wasn't allowed to die
the flower, as when she tried to remove it, it created the sisters, forcing her to travel the entire europe to kill them if she truly wants to die
for all these reasons, she doesnt believe anything good exists, no trust, no hope, no friendship, nothing, so when a virgin starts blabbering about nice things, she can't but associate such beliefs with being a virgin, as it represents naiveness
>One would have killed Zero
Zero doesn't simply want to die, if that's all she wanted, she could have obtained it by letting Gabriel hit her in the prologue of the game, or even earlier by having Michael eat her alive.
She doesnt want to just die, she wants to erase her own existence and everything that came from it, and since the flower(in its current form, inside her and inside the sisters) became what it is now due to infecting her, as long as any of her sisters and the flower keep being alive, she and her legacy keep living on, and she doesnt want that.
[...]
That's only cause she wasn't mauled by the lords of the lands though and isn't a literal walking zombie kept alive from the flower like all the other intoners.
While she is good, that's hardly her own merit or accomplishment.
You lorelets don't understand anything about One, she's the best intoner of the bunch because she isn't based on Zero, she's based on the resistance fighter that died with her in the prison, her ideals, or at least what Zero got from her were reborn in One, the only thing Zero didn't see were her eyes, which is why One's eyes are from Zero

What does this have to do with our discussion? Yes, I'm aware of that, so? You aren't special because you read some translated novels.

Not at all, she is the best because she always remained sane through sheer power of determination. She could summon angels without becoming insane.
That's only cause she wasn't mauled by the lords of the lands though and isn't a literal walking zombie kept alive from the flower like all the other intoners.
While she is good, that's hardly her own merit or accomplishment.
>as long as any of her sisters and the flower keep being alive, she and her legacy keep living on, and she doesnt want that.
In other words, she is a stuck up b***h that thinks she is more capable of fixing things despite being the root of the problem. >That's only cause she wasn't mauled by the lords of the lands though and isn't a literal walking zombie kept alive from the flower like all the other intoners.
If anything, that further proves that she is more fitting for the savior role.
>In other words, she is a stuck up b***h that thinks she is more capable of fixing things despite being the root of the problem.
on the contrary, she was on the edge of death when she was forcibly turned into the root of the problem, meaning that death isnt the only thing she was denied, she was also denied of the relief of conclusion, of the knowledge that everything that she was was going to cease exisitng, and it was instead amplified and spread through all europe.
this means that her "death" is being used, she is being used again, and she wont accept it, her wish is to stop the flower from using her as the root of chaos. >If anything, that further proves that she is more fitting for the savior role.
never said the opposite, all im saying is that it's just through sheer determination that she remained sane, she had the chance of being able to remain sane, something none of the other intoners ever had, as they're literally not owners of their own bodies anymore, while One is.

You're right, that's why she's the best intoner, but that has literally nothing to do with what we're discussing.
No one here is arguing she isn't the best.

i slipped there, i meant that it's NOT just through sheer determination
moronbro, there is no happy ending for any intoner, they all have to die, Zero knows this, One also knows this but she cannot force herself to kill her sisters so she lets Zero do it for her instead, the flower itself picked Zero because it thought she was going to burn the world on her own until it could gain full control, Zero simply didn't want to be responsible for killing the world

ONE had a chance at a happy ending. Thanks to Zero we got the Cult of The Watchers and all the shenanigans that still ended up fricking the world up.

We don't even know what happens after ending D. They were sealed and knowing about seals in the Drakengard world, I wouldn't rely much on that success.
t. One (male)
He did good by killing that b***h to be honest.

The only ones that maybe had a chance for a happy ending was One, Two, maybe Five if her intoner memories were anything to go by. And even then I feel like I'm stretching it for all three cases. Because any happy ending they'd have would be thrown away by The Flower.

I wouldn't trust Two that much, she is way too gullible and easily influenced. I agree about the rest though.

I mean, you're not wrong. It's because of her gullibility that she fell for Cent's bullshit and it ends really badly as we know. But she still had a decent chance for a good ending.
Yoko Taro games are all about extreme amounts of melodrama. To such an extent that it becomes ridiculous and start losing any real meaning. An overabundance of schlocky melodrama spoiling what would've been an otherwise alright piece of work in smaller doses. That's his whole thing.
>An overabundance of schlocky melodrama spoiling what would've been an otherwise alright piece of work in smaller doses
if they werent overabundant to the point of being alright, they'd be on par with all the other normie level stories with similar melodrama.
it's their overabundance to nauseous levels that sets the whole series above the others
Yeah but that doesn't make them good, just unique. That's the entire Taro appeal. You and I and everyone else knows these games aren't good, we just like them in spite of that because they do things other games don't.
>You and I and everyone else knows these games aren't good, we just like them in spite of that because they do things other games don't.
depends on what you mean by "good"
to me, they're good exactly cause they do things other games don't, without relying on good gameplay to attract normies
these games use their own shortcomings as devices to push the narrative, and at that point i stop judging these games for their gameplay quality, and i start judging them for how they take advantage of what playing a flawed game entails, and at that point, they become good games, some of the best i've ever played.
"good" is relative, and these games certainly dont excel in gameplay, so in that sense you're right, they're not good, but they are above excellence in using the gameplay to represent their narrative and themes, and in that sense, they're extremely good
she hates virgins therefore she sleeps and dominates any virgin she sees
they don’t know how to frick and she just wants to get off
welp
My prostitute wife!
she hates those who have what was taken away from her
No one wants her roastie ass so she has to rape all her sisters' dudes to compensate for it. Did I forget to mention that her sisters are way better looking and have better personalities as well?
>her sisters are way better looking
quite literally they all use the same face model
Well duh, they all came from her, but the point is that they have better hairstyles, better senses of fashion, better personalities etc. etc.
She says she cannot trust virgins and thinks they are weird, she is a bona fide roastie. One is much better than her anyway.
Case in point.
t. One (male)
Did she rape male One too?
No, she didn't know male One existed.
Insert sex joke about how he penetrated her without her consent here.
No, One impaled her instead.

not literally all virgins in the world

What a shit life Zero had.
I CAN FIX HER
t.virgin
And that's what she absolutely hates.
Cry me a river, that's why One will always remain better. One would have killed Zero if it wasn't for a stupid android.
Yes but One was already broken at that point
Not at all, she is the best because she always remained sane through sheer power of determination. She could summon angels without becoming insane.
She was quite literally broken by the end of branch D, all that was left of her by the end of that fight was a raging maniac
Anyone would be pissed at Zero at that point.
And let's not even mention One by the end of route C. Where it's literally the only time she ever says "frick"
One is too short to kill Zero. That's a fact
Womanlet proved herself to be more capable than the prostitute.

so basically, the usual roastie rage
the usual roastie rage doesn't have valid reasons
Well roasties are angry at the world so that makes sense.
she fricks futa wieners
what's the point of making the main character entirely unlikeable
I've heard that the dub completely changed her personality too
It's foulmouthed roastie vs Japanese stuck up b***h.
the dub didn't "completely" changed her personality, in japanese her voice is simply more apathetic and resigned rather than upbeat and coarse
