zelda games are always good, but among them there are some that are less good. Over the years, without comparing them with the previous Zelda, one rediscovers that in the end it was actually a good game.
Because every Zelda game takes a shit on the previous game's target audience and creates a new one.
you know im right
>thinks old WW is better than nuWW
>nuWW is just WW but it looks better, has the swift sail, and is less shit and has better map/inventory management.
What? You even think nuTP is better so what the frick excuse do you have... let me guess, you really liked the stop start sailing and triforce part.
Rest is true.
>but it looks better
Lmao no it doesn't. Turn off the bloom and maybe then we'll talk
The bloom is only on Onset Island. Maybe play the game before you talk.
Close, but the only downgrade among them is for MM. All others are better than originals.
>I only like the two games that are super popular with the other fat neckbeard pedos on my favorite r/sub
Why are you like this. Unironically, both of those titles are shit.
Is Skyward Sword the wrong way around on purpose?
No one loved the 3DS port of Majora's Mask, you're nuts if you think they did.
Also TP and WW got plenty of love back then.
MM3D is the only version worth playing
You must really love swimming and skipping water as slow as possible. I sure as frick didn't.
Tears of the Kingdom will only be remembered as a glorified goyslop DLC
>redditjak
have a nice day
Cope
Seethe even
How fricking mad do you have to be to make shit like this? It's not even funny or accurate.
It's just meme garbage. It almost looks AI generated.
Is this what reddit does now that their gay mods are locking them out?
Because the Zelda Cycle is real and always will be. No amount of historical revisionism from Gankerermin will change this.
Only the original Majora's Mask is good.
Because taste evaporates overtime and shit eaters take over. Those games were correctly pointed out as shit before
>normal people see a shit game, shit on it and move
>dysgenic freaks fall in love with a shitty game, praise it for decades, long after everyone else has forgotten about them, giving an impression that the game is a hidden game
this not only happens with garbage games here on this very board (people praising dragon age 2 and 3 and swtor) but also outside of gaming sphere, just look at all the zoomer homosexuals defending star wars prequels these days lmao
idk about zelda games tho i dont play nintendo because i am not a pedophile
Children grew up
People hated MM and TP?
>People hated MM and TP?
...yes? Massively.
You nu to life or something?
I dont normally engage with morons so I never knew this
Not being a dick but this shit was universal over the internet, the hatred for WW was absolutely astronomical and the reaction was everywhere. "it looks like a kids game" "it looks like baby zelda" "it looks gay"
People were absolutely insulted, since they thought they were getting a hyper realistic zelda epic and couldnt fathom playing a game that didnt look like that. This discourse went on for years.
TP was more homosexualy as most people just liked the game, but there was still a massive backlash to it, and since it was released later the internet was more full of people to scream, so it got more notice. But it was still a pretty massive reeing at the time.
I love Kass!
You're mentally ill and have daddy issues, see a psychiatrist.
You can always go lower
Spirit Tracks was unjustly hated. I loved it.
Ive mever seen anyone particularly hate on a zelda game except on v
>MM3D made the game a lot more accessible but removed a lot of the jank that fans loved
>WWHD is leaps and bounds better than the OG for the simple fact of fixing the triforce hunt and adding the swift sail
I never played TPHD so I cant say anything on it
>SSHD fixed the motion controls and lets you play it with buttons making the OG utterly irrelevant
Honestly not a bad track record for Zelda remakes/Remasters
>I never played TPHD so I cant say anything on it
Its literally the same game, but higher res, an added dungeon, better chests (kind of, TP had 90% of chests be useless since they filled them with rupees you cant even hold, making most chests "put it back" chests... the remake filled half of them with stamps for Miiverse which were the hylian alphabet, which let players translate the hylian in game, I think its neat at least)
You also, much like WWHD, have a better map, inventory, UI system and such due to the gamepad.
Theres probably some other smaller changes, IIRC warping and transforming to and from dog form is faster.
>jank
Better swim controls and bosses not havng obvious eyes is not jank, 3D has some downright gameplay downgrades. For as much as people love to b***h and moan about og Gyorg, that fight is a fricking slog in 3D, just like Twinmold's. But the Bomber's notebook and saving is more streamlined, and Goron Link has better combat, so there's less reason to switch out of it so, you win some you lose some.
>swimming was better back then
Was it? I never had an issue in 3D nor OG, but 3D played better overall. Maybe this differs if you have the right nub or not?
>Gyorg is a slog
But its not? 3D I can take him out in a minute like all the bosses. It was a bad boss in the OG and a boring boss in 3D.
>they added big eyes!
So, basically changed nothing? The bosses are more or less the same, it was always obvious how to beat them in the OG, putting a target on them changed nothing.
Anyone claiming OGMM > 3DMM due to any of these reasons, is clearly dealing with nostalgia poisoning. The book, saves, time songs, graphics, control and UI functions are all benefits.
Nintendo fans are more resistant to change than any other fanbase by a mile, and any deviation from exactly what they're comfortable with is a perceived slight. Once the game is no longer 'new', they are able to engage with the game for what it is instead of what they think it should be.
When the series eventually moves on from the current formula, as it inevitably will, the current formula will be mourned with some flavor of 'they don't make em like this anymore'
Because people formulate their opinions based on what they perceive as the opposite of what everyone else is doing. Which often ends up being exactly what everyone else is doing.
>if TP ever gets a switch port it will have been released on four systems in a row
