Overshadowed by its prevo and le 3000 year man, overshadowed by Ralts line being retconned to fairy, being on the same route, and getting a mega used by the final boss. Most people who played XY went for Gardevoir or Sylveon as their fairy to try out the new type.
Tsareena had a chance to breathe on its own, Florges was forgotten by the devs from day one.

Also it plays almost like a Fairy Type Meganium. Very support heavy and very weak in single battles.
for singleplayer it's got 112 sp-a and access to moonblast as soon as you get to the move relearner
it's way more offensively strong than meganium
It's ability may as well just be blank text in singles, which are 100% of the actual ingame battles. It may hit hard enough to be viable, but it's not interesting or fun.

In it's time it was one of the best wish passing special walls. Wish, protect, toxic, moonblast was a strong set.
Sylveon literally does that set but better.
