Looking at their recent vids, it looks like Joey is averaging 40K while Emvee is around 20K. Considering Joey has over 5x the amount of subscribers that's a big leap but I bet the majority of Joey's subscribers stopped watching him years ago. Don't know if he's actually jealous, I kind of doubt it.

I always saw pokeaim as kind of overrated. I definitely noticed his wieneriness even 10 years ago. and because his channel was the biggest, idk. But he always kind of seemed two-faced to me, everyone else mentioned seemed more straightforward and honest. I begrudgingly respected him. Pretty apt analysis. Emvee is the most timid member of the fajita crew and doesn't have much of a personality. He tries to read Bulbapedia articles and make cringy puns to impress 10-year-olds but he's got very little going for him. Poketuber historians will remember that "GG It's Emvee" was originally an insult implying that when Emvee starts playing the opponent is getting a free win. I don't think Joey hates Emvee but he doesn't respect him. If anyone remembers the Dodrio video (which Joey has taken down) then you know what I mean.
Their relationship is interesting. Joey was a bit of a delinquent even though he mellowed out over the years. He has many big groups of friends and he's usually the leader type in them. Emvee doesn't seem like he had much of a social life which is probably what led him to find friends through Pokemon on Smogon.
Inside the fajita group Emvee was the most faraway person, hanging out only with Chimpact and Pokeaim, with some of them like Blunder even seemingly disliking him. He was not part of the strong core of aim/blunder/ctc/cbb or aim/blunder/jamvad. The only reason Pokeaim ended up collabing with Emvee so much is because pokemon is his only job, everyone else kinda grew out of pokemon and Emvee is the only one that's always available.
Pokeaim has some sort of a superiority complex over Emvee. During the group recordings, they all tend to gang up on Emvee and criticize every thing he does. They blame him for losing games even though they're doing it for fun, but nobody dares to say anything to blunder when he chokes. I don't remember what video it was but there was one time when Pokeaim was unusually aggressive to Emvee, shouting at him for the tiniest thing and shutting him down. After a point Emvee went silent during that recording. Even his fans in the comments were calling Pokeaim out and he tweeted later something like "we're friends and Emvee knows I'm saying this for fun".
There was also that tag-team draft tournament where again Pokeaim would criticize Emvee for everything and always shift the blame to him. But the biggest red flag is how salty Pokeaim gets whenever he loses to Emvee in a draft league. There was one in particular wyhen I think Emvee 6-0ed him and aim was fuming unnaturally. It wasn't simply that he lost badly. It was that he lost badly to Emvee as if Emvee is some inferior player to him whereas he didn't care that much that chimpact whooped his ass multiple times.
One more thing that's interesting... I haven't visited their channels in quite some time so I don't if it's still true but last I checked Emvee was getting more views on his videos than Pokeaim despite having a fraction of his subscribers. And all that while still having a proper job and doing Youtube just for fun. Yeah... imagine the salt of "full time poketuber" pokeaim. I know they get most of their money through sponsors etc and not ad revenue but still.

I always saw pokeaim as kind of overrated. I definitely noticed his wieneriness even 10 years ago. and because his channel was the biggest, idk. But he always kind of seemed two-faced to me, everyone else mentioned seemed more straightforward and honest. I begrudgingly respected him.
