I have never seen ANYONE talk about this game in a genuine way. NO ONE ever talks about any of the plotlines, characters, side quests, game mechanics, etc. except in broad strokes ("the writing sucks ass"!)

The fact that they repeat locations makes it impossible to discuss anything outside of the big quests. Imagine if Fallout 4 had 50 Corvegas and 50 Quincys and so on. Once someone has seen the same place spawned 3 or 4 times they stop giving a shit. It majorly devalues the experience when you realize how it works.
