Bayonetta was so loved because the gameplay in it was sensational for the time and the sequel was even better. Nier Automata was loved because it's unapologetically weird and poignant despite being weaker gameplay wise than most of what Platinum does.
Stellar Blade is just "fine". Most of the 8/10 reviews pretty much spelled out the game is just pretty graphics and serviceable gameplay which is nothing new since the demo demonstrated that pretty clearly. It probably will be forgotten about till it comes out on PC and it will be "Oh yeah that game. It was OK I guess".

I liked the look of it when it was announced because I thought it looked like a slick Korean Bayonetta. Became less interested after finding out it's yet another souls clone, but it still might be good. Demo was okay. Still, I'm waiting on buying it to see what people say about it after the honeymoon period, because as much as I like attractive video game girls and wish they weren't almost verboten like they are these days, I don't want to buy a game just because the girls are sexy.
