I got groomed by a woman I met on Kongregate when I was 15 and she was 20. We'd just be hanging out in a Skype chatting and she'd just pull out a vibrator and go to town on herself. She'd even do it when I had friends over and couldn't reciprocate. When she and a stopped talking she turned one other online friend and one real life friend against me. Shit's hot but NOT worth the trouble.

I love how when I tell this to people they get incredibly mad, in fact you'll hate me too for saying this, especially if you are a e-christian zoomer or a failed normalgay millenial.

The female brain is hardwired into tricking the alpha to frick her and pushing the beta away thus increasing the chance of survival and the kid having the good, strong genes.
A lot of kids have sex around 13 or even younger. The reason why the alpha kids (aka the bully) are absolutely loved by female teachers is because abusing the beta actually arouses females. This is why the female teachers are always suspiciously interested in helping, and managing alphas, while the guy who even has good grades, but shy, quiet, antisocial is completely ignored at best or repulsed at worst.

You were (are) just boring, and/or ugly.

          brainrot

          Anonymous

literal brainrot, those kids are abused by them not having anyone to stop that rape, in general it doesn't make sense to survive like that thanks to our big group societies and our need of mutual child caring and more in nature, having a person which escapes the caring phase will only cause death, kids surviving rather than impregnations is the real qualifier of survivorship and sensitive men and women which care of their kids do that better, which is the reason both sexes have child caring instincts.
you are just a mentally ill monster justifying pederasts by being a fricking pedophile which should be tortured and killed, a thing which is socialized by modern awful society rather than being natural.

Tip to beat this part for my NG bros struggling with this part: don't hesitate, jump to the other platform, killing the top bird while hitting the projectile from right platform guy at the same strike (or cancel your sword strike by pressing down and quickly slice the projectile if your timing is off), then attack again while landing. The bottom bird should despawn on the left, and the football guy should fall and despawn as well without being able to keep up.
Alternatively, despawn the projectile thrower first, then do exactly the same thing while only dealing with the top bird

No, this is writing and I am typing, but yes, it is a form of communication, which I'm not lacking I suppose(thanks for letting me know). I can type and write but not talk. They're very different, or should I pretend that they're writing to me? How that works, I dunno.. Alas the jumps from subject to subject in conversations has me lacking, it should make sense, right? or should one just say whatever is on your mind? shouldnt we decide what we wanna talk about before we talk about it, like we're deciding what movie we should watch. I mean, if he starts talking about something I don't have any information about, shouldn't I just say that I know nothing about that genre, yes? Let's say.. Pokemon, If he likes that and I don't know anything about it, should I try and memorize the pokemons?

You have to become more relatable to people. But the problem is, most people are dumb morons that only have interests in whatever is popular and/or shallow. So in order to better fit in, you have to become enmeshed in their world, but their world is shitty.

So either become a better normalgay or learn to endure being alone.

I'm aware that it is, but the dictionary definitions of it are all along the lines of "able to be related to", that is, communicating nothing more than "this is a word modified by a suffix". A meaningless nonword like that is a perfect slot for a buzzword.

It's literally a matter of practice like most things in life. Salespeople and taxi drivers are great conversationalists not by accident, but because they're conversing all the time and practicing being social and personable. It's like exercising a muscle, if you don't exercise it, it atrophies and becomes useless, but if you regularly exercise it, it flourishes. Basically, get talking to people, expect to have a lot of awkward conversations at first but you will improve. There is likely nothing fundamentally wrong with you, you're just way out of practice.

social media became a political indoctrination platform so people got burned out with online friends culture big time since you have to basically doublethink everything you say to not insult some person with 12 made up mental disorders they self diagnosed and suddenly be hated by an entire community of people who love dogpiling on those who they deem (insert insult for those who exhibit wrongthink)

nowadays people only interact with IRL friends through social media and generally stay the frick away from internet friends unless they have had these friends for many years

I hate playing games with an “online friend”. No, I don’t want to put a headset on my face. No, I don’t want to ask “permission” to go to the bathroom like I’m back in fricking grade school: I just wanna get up from the computer and go somewhere else without explaining it or feeling like someone is waiting for me. No, I don’t wanna be forced to play the game we happen to play together.

I just wanna log on the computer whenever I feel like it and log off whenever I feel like it. I have always had MUCH less fun when gaming with a “buddy” or “guild” or whatever. Video games are NOT a substitute for real life

I have a friend like that. They're an autistic narcissist. Their profile and life isn't good enough or up to their standards so they're shy about it and hide it, they're nagging and prodding you because they want you to be more impressive or cool like how they want themselves to be. >2001
Exactly. You were almost 10 years into normies flooding the internet en masse.
Back in the late 80s and early 90s the same power tripping moronation we have now existed. If anything it was worse back then because the entire fricking internet at the time was gatekept by a few power tripping c**ts.
The 2000s were a magical time that existed only because floodgates were opened to the masses. It is not something that can ever happen again on a large scale.
All you can do is make your own communities and keep the normies out. That's what you had to do back before the 2000s, that what you have to do now.

What happened was centralization. You could avoid the terminally online morons, goons, homosexuals, trannies, and dicks by moving to another group. But now there's only 1 major chat program. 1 major social network. 1 major games platform.

Wrong. Centralization actually makes the problem a bit better because now with everyone being on a few big sites it's not usually feasible to have unpaid moderation. You don't have moderators who think you're a peasant below them and threaten you to act and think a certain way unless you want the ban hammer. Mods these days are paid cog in the machine.
Reddit and Discord mods are the exception these days, and unsurprisingly they're also two of the most hated groups of people online.
Like I said, you kids have no idea how bad things can get. What we have now is a lot better than getting banned because you misspelled a word and that sperged out one of the mods. Why do you think so many people left Something Awful?

No twitter mod is going to LITERALLY ban you because you wrote "your" instead of "you're" a few times across various posts.
Did you think I was joking when I said that kind of shit happen? Did you think that was hyperbole?
That is ACTUALLY how bad moderation used to be on the internet. The term "grammar nazi" exists for a reason, it was a common reason to get banned.

Nothing followed you and there wasn't a vast centralization of proprietary services the way there is with Discord or the like.

For usenet maybe, but stuff like IRC or web forums didn't have many options. If you weren't walking on egg shells around the mods you were banned.

Mods were the spergs, anon. They actively sought out anyone they disagreed with, made sure you knew they were a mod and could ban you, and then would get into arguments with you.
What we have now is a blessing compared to how things used to be, even with the discord trannies and reddit mods. You couldn't just host your own site back then, that required you to actually physically own a server on a good connection back then, and even if you did that it could still get DDoS'd into oblivion like nothing.
These days you can pay dollars a month to host something and you get cloudflare DDoS protection for free with a domain name.

You wouldn't get banned from an entire IRC network for wrongthink, though. A channel, yes, but there were tens of thousands of channels to choose from on the larger IRC networks.

And on the largest IRC servers you had the main channel for something, a channel for the rejects of that channel, and then 100 channels with like 1-4 people in it who are desperately waiting for someone to join.
Exactly the same problem we have now, except you had even fewer practical options. Centralization is cancer, but there's still plenty of options outside the normiesphere.

It is THE problem. It's THE problem because you cannot get rid of shitty behavior online because that's just human nature. But if you compared today vs back then, you would have less places to get banned/kicked from today for posting obvious erroneous information or sperging out on mods for correcting a minor typo in your post, you disingenuous old fart.

You have plenty of places to go today. You just don't know where to look, and good thing that you don't.
All your options today are moderated better, run on better software with faster servers and less normies. They also have more users with more activity compared to your options in the past.
Centrilization is already a solved issue, it's just a matter of time before congress reforms the internet in a way where corporate run social media sites can't function anymore. See: Section 230 reform. All the big sites aren't profitable anyway, so even if no laws change they will still lose investors.

i tried to tell him i was a guy, but he insisted that i type like a girl, and then never asked my age. i started doing art around that time too, and he mentioned that he was an artist. he then sent me drawings he traced of real children, alongside e-girlcon porn. i reported him to the FBI, but i doubt they're going to do anything about it. the one guild i was invited to through him, got trashed by grooming alligations though, so thats a plus.

I grew up during the big text role-playing days in the 90s, websites like AOL were filled with people who just wanted to have fun talking about nerdy shit and making up stories and characters. I played games with so many people, even met a few people from online.

I miss it so bad. I'm terrible at face to face communication and now people are just so terrible, they'll shit on you at the drop of a hat. No one wants to actually talk about anything. It's so bad that when I find a good discord with fun people I end up obsessing and overdoing it because I'm trying so hard to recapture it.

I miss the Yahoo custom chats too, some of the old forums and IRCs, I miss old internet culture.

My theory is that people used to be socialized offline before going online, now you're dealing people literally raised online...

You probably made gaming one of the kid's better experiences and was a place he could feel "normal" and not be "the cancer kid", so good on you anon. Its tough to know the amount of engagement with something like that is preferable (ie ranging from people who don't want anyone to know they were sick at all, to those who make their illness their only part of their personality), but it seems like if you went back to the usual and he didn't keep bringing it up, he just wanted to let you know but probably appreciated you just being there to game with him. Sad story though.

How long ago was this? It clearly wasn't ages, but it seemed like before things went to perma shit in the middle of the 2010s, you'd have more engagement like this. You'd meet people while gaming, know nothing about them and still game with them, and then maybe you'd end up sharing some bit of info or not, as opposed to everything being centralized social media identity bullshit and the expectation of it.

i used to accept any friend request without question but not anymore. the past three random invites were just low-effort scammers. i get friend requests very rarely and the little bell stays green if you don't do something about it. so i check their profile and if it's private, or if i literally can't find any indicator why this person would want to contact me like having a games or groups in common, then i ignore them.

there is also a trust-based fanmade anti-cheat going around for TF2 i think, and one of the merits of losing trust is being friends with cheaters, so even less incentive to accept friend invites from randos who've played TF2.

there's also a bit of inherent security with using invisible mode. your friends and people on this network can't use your online time to track what times you're typically active. saves you from a bit of e-stalking, but the reality is, yes, i am in invisible mode because i do not want you to talk to me.

      Anonymous

      >there is also a trust-based fanmade anti-cheat going around for TF2 i think
Jesus Christ that's the worst idea i've ever heard. I've been accused so many times of cheating in multiple different games and I'm not even that good. I'd be instantly banned off every server with this "anticheat".
Funnily enough it's usually Germans that do this. Idk why they're like this.

        Anonymous

nah it's a fine idea if you learn all the grit. it's more meant to address the bot problem than regular cheaters. it's been a while since i watched the vid on it but there's a lot more protective logic in place than you think. it's a mod you install that auto-vote kicks if confirmed cheaters eg. bots join the game. by "untrustworthy" it kinda more means "not sure about this guy", you have to be an actual bot or a cheater scumbag to get a votekick automatically made against you and keep in mind it's literally only a fragment of the playerbase playing with the mod installed.

the "detect friends" feature is meant to uncover bot networks, since people are dumb enough to run bots that are all socially linked to one another.

          Anonymous

No, lately I've been playing Day of Defeat: Sauce and I've been banned off multiple server for "cheating". With if those servers were running an "anticheat" like that I'd have to get a new account to play on all other servers running it.
          All because admins are moronic.

            Anonymous

like i said you'd have to be a literal confirmed cheater to be kicked by a mod like that and it's cast by players not admins. it's not targeting you for being sus, it's targeting you because your steam ID was literally recorded in a replay and confirmed by a human being that you were botting. the friend's of bots trust feature is only to detect possible bot networks.

i am not explaining this again.

It’s simple morons. Appearing online means you are free, since you’re just playing games. So if your friend wants to play a game with them, your options are to ignore them to join them, but you can only ignore them so many times before they start to think you don’t want to ever play with them. So you set yourself to appear offline to get some peace a quiet, and then message them via some other social media platform if/when you do want to play with them.

sex addiction has a great deal to do with it. you couldn't openly browse porn and slowly get more addicted through exposure just sitting on the family pc when your family was home. you had to sneak your fap seshes. now you hide your browsing activity anytime by just using your phone.

social acceptance has a big effect on the transparency of it as well. it was not socially acceptable to be gay in the eyes of teenage males in the 90s and 00s. these days it's now trendy to be an alphabet character. so i don't fully believe the rates of homosexuality have changed, some are just more open now, the rest are simply confused morons who fell for grooming.

That's not true, I've met plenty of homophobic zoomers who hated gays like /misc/ hate the israelites, they're just careful where and who they say it too because of cancel culture.
They were brought up in this gay system so when they wake up, realizing they've been lied to their entire lives they swing hard to the right, I'd bet that each generation has successively less centrists or moderates, I've seen no recent studies that include zoomers and alpha but just think when was the last time you saw centrist zoomer? They've all picked a side.
Interesting times ahead as they say

Honestly it feels like a massive amount of people online these days have egos the size of the fricking sun and a hair trigger temper. You can't joke around anymore and tell someone they are a homosexual and their mom is sucking off 500 dudes at once and get a laugh out of them, they all demand you worship the ground they walk on and legitimately HATE you if you say the "wrong" thing. I had a 47 year old dipshit actually try to track me down IRL because I made fun of an actual prostitute he donates $2k to a month.

When i was younger i used to have more friends online (and irl in general too i guess) i wouldn't mind people inviting me to play games, chatting, etc. as i got older i completely lost the will to find friendships online, not that i have ever cultivated them to begin with, the last time i had a semi-regular social clique was probably back in 2017 on a random discord server that i joined by chance, whenever i play multiplayer games as a 20+ year old man it's never a case of "let me add this cool dude" you'll have maybe one good interaction with another person in the span of years worth of playing, at the most you'll play a few games with them to inevitably say goodbye forever.
I feel like making online friendships is beneath me, im too autistic and apathetic to make them irl, making them online is just a hassle and most people already have pre-estabilished friendships, i'd say overall that having friends like that to play with, unless it's your 10+ year old circle that you kept playing with, is not something you make up when you're an adult.
