I honestly never even heard of that game. What I looked up on the quick is that it is some VN like game with characters you can make nude that somehow has an in game store?
I do not get it.
Why does everyone need to learn the same lesson for themselves? It's happened so many times it should be common knowledge.
Zero sympathy for willing morons.
>or telling a valve drone how they get exploited
what do you define valve drone, because I might fall under that definition, and if I was, how am I getting exploited?
How do people do this? I like FM myself, but the longest save I have ever done was 11 seasons back in quarantine of 2020 and it took me like 200 hours. How many seasons are these?
People do it with almost every game, there are people with tens of thousands of hours in LoL but even in singleplayer games like CK2/EU4 people just spend like a decade playing the same game
Always take these numbers with a grain of salt. Yes, there are people who have tens of thousands of hours in some games, but there are also people who will let games just idle in the background for ages just to increase the time, for whatever reason.
why are you so obsessed with people kicking a ball

When I did that (2012-2014) I wasn't that interested in real football, the simulation was more important. Now it's just a hobby I tune in to watch every now and then.
Last FM I played was 2020 and I have "only" 666 hours in the game. I should play an hour to change that number, creepy shit.
>FM 2014 >24,6 hours each day if you only consider 2014 itself
but I mean, I guess that make more sense consider 2015 and 2016 is barely 1/2 hours each day...
My most played game is Warframe, with less than half of that, and I swear 100 hours of that was just downloads and file verification. I almost feel validated as a person with restraint when I see those levels of playtime.
>spending money on some VN porn
lolwut
What happened to going out whoring or to see strippers or get a massage with a happy ending? If you're going to waste your money on sex, at least get the real deal. Damn idiots.
I don't understand either. If you play anything that does not have an offline mode or the ability to make your own server/P2P connection, you have to be okay with the fact that some day it will stop working.
Vast majority of these games shut down when they can easily stay afloat long after they stagnate with little cost & manpower.
They only shut them down to push whales onto their next iteration of gacha, some times using the same exact assets under the guise of 'new & improved'.
They do this and get away with it because it works.
Having any sort of offline mode could mean one less potential whale to milk.
I think majority of people that plays these kind of games expect it at some point but still wont stop them from being mad at the announcement.
Plus additional opportunity to vent in the announcements page.
>spent over $5k on lol >spent at least $500 on hearthstone >spent at least 20k on dota 2 skins (mostly crimson immortals, g/pbr etc. >spent $200 on diablo immortal
>pay 60 for a normal game >finish it in 40 hours >noooo why the game ended, I wanted to play more content!
It's pretty similar, even if I agree this kind of game require online connection so they are actually gone forever
>never even got the 100%
NGMI
If he whaled harder the game would still be around. He only has himself to blame.

Can't argue with that
Guu
Because people don't learn from history.
Cant argue with someone who doesnt care.
Its like explaining a blizzdrone how they get exploited, or telling a valve drone how they get exploited
>or telling a valve drone how they get exploited
what do you define valve drone, because I might fall under that definition, and if I was, how am I getting exploited?
>3,211 hrs
>on a steam game
Jesus christ
Anon, I have over ten thousand in Garry's Mod.
I remember being broke, too.
I don't get it.
Jesus christ
Bruh if you spent as much time managing real football you would be the head of fifa by now.
Why
Pretty sure that I had more hours than that on FM2012 (pirated it) but over 4 years since I get a new one every 4 years.
I kneel

tldr autism

I read books between games, simulated full matches and even went to watch youth games and Euro/WC matches.

What makes FM14 so good?
>FM 2014

Zoomers are fricking stupid
>never again a dime
yeah, sure
what blows my mind even more is the what happens in the mobile market
a lot of people absolute refure to pay more than a few bucks for a full blown app but have no problem spending hundreds on gatcha currency. wft
>spending money on some VN porn
lolwut

>never again!
>goes and spends 2k on the next trash game
Why are paypigs like this?
sounds like he had a good time with the game
>Only 1000
Very small time.

>sugarcoating a shutdown by calling it a sunset
bungie used the word 'sunset' as well to sugarcoat removing 70% of the existing content
not the first time
yeah I know, not even the first time they did it since they tried pulling it off with Destiny 1 as well
What surprise me most is
>ANNOUNCEMENT!
>we are closing
lol, are they happy or what
Shutdown implies the servers are getting switched off
Sundown means that it just isn't getting updated any more
I think these games should offer an offline mode after they close to people who spent money.
By law

20 000 dollarydoos ? Damn... most I ever spent was like a 100 bucks on TF2 and in retrospect I think it was a huge waste of money.
Black person what the FRICK is your malfunction?
at least you can sell the dota skins (prob at a loss but w/e)
wait until you hear about star citizen
>pay 60 for a normal game
>finish it in 40 hours
>noooo why the game ended, I wanted to play more content!
It's pretty similar, even if I agree this kind of game require online connection so they are actually gone forever
>free to play game
>spend over 1000 eurocredits
what's the matter anon, can't afford a free game?
Do people really expect service games (I assume this one was) to run forever?
The day WoW finally shuts down is going to be glorious. I predict mass suicides.
I'd love to see that indeed
