Except maybe the boss fight part. All his fights were fun though not sure if they're the best in the series.
RE always have a consistent Quality in Boss fights IMO...i guess the only really disappointing boss is that thing in CV that use eletricity and stays in a pool(i dont even consider Eveline a boss fight)Garage fight is unique for the whole choice using the car or not and Chansaw Jack is just too memorable for me.

Monsters like Nemesis and Birkin get cheap since their forms are too similar.The first two Jack boss fights have unique and memorable gimicks.Wesker and Jill in Re5 are good contenders but i feel that wesker turning into a generic tentacle monter in the end kinda ruins it.

RE has terrible boss fights i general but literally most of them? Nothing feels more out of depth and ineffectual than melee combat from a first person perspective.
