I have played Skyrim a lot and spent a ton of time modding. I recently started playing with NSFW mods, and I can not understand the appeal of it at all.
Other mods at least improve the gameplay mechanics and add more story and character to the world. NSFW mods just destroy everything and completely ruin the immersion
I can kind of see the utility of SOME intricate sex mods if they let you effect the relationship status with certain NPC's. For a Rogue or Assassin I can see that being valid for roleplaying.

wabbajack does it for me. I let it run overnight cause im not paying the nexus israelite to let me download more than 3 mods at once. But if you are willing to pay them it takes like 15 minutes to download and install.
