Despite how much of a Switch gay I am, the thing just isn't strong enough for a lot of games now. There's likely a port coming later, but it'll take time and effort to make it run on such outdated hardware. The only reason Persona 5 came to Switch is because it was originally a PS3 title anyway.
Anon, the only 3rd party Japanese developers doing AAA games are Square Enix and maybe Fromsoft.
Bamco, Atlus, Sega etc. are all AA at most. None of their games would have trouble running on Switch.

Although Atlus never makes their games using modern rendering techniques, it seems they really got attached to working with Unreal (for some god forsaken reason), and the switch really hates that engine and can't run it well. So they probably decided to not bother with trying to hyper optimize it to work on switch and just transition to focusing on modern platforms from now on.
