i dont give a frick what anyone says, base PSO2 had the best pvp in any MMO ever by far, and some of the best pvp in a multiplayer game period. frick you if you disagree.

Honestly it's not as bad as people would make it out to believe. The only problem was the RNG weapon picking, 2 or more talis users on choke points, and soaring blades spam
Base PSO2 combat was great, but I wasn't a fan of Perfect Attacks
I also enjoyed the PVP, but it didn't last long on NA unfortunately
Makes me wonder if and when NGS will get a PVP equivalent

Because in order to have action gameplay with emphasis on dodging and positioning, latency becomes a bigger issue. This is why actual MMOs with thousands of players sharing a persistent world don't use it, and it's limited to heavily instanced gamed where there are only 4-12 players in the same "space" at a time. By the way, PSO is not even an MMO, because the only non-instanced areas are lobbies and even those are broken up into many smaller blocks per server.

The grind for the Kizaar wasn't particularly all that great, as everything around it was time-gated behind doing dailies and weekly exchanges, which I can't say I was a fan of
It actually made me burn-out and stop playing for awhile
Allowing the Blizz and Orbs to drop from Ancients and UQ's (like they are currently) would've made it a bit more bearable and not as bad

I don't know what you mean by pack if it is something recent but you would have to buy the items from the player shop. They might not be there because they're probably very old (I did get ichiban's bat but that was maybe around new year or before). The good news is they're sega items and they'll probably come back. You, however, will not when you realize how shit the game is.
