theres a quest you can do for the orc smelter overseer (i think) where he complains that his workers keep talking about running off to join the forsworn because of how poorly they are treated
most Reachmen are sympathetic to the forsworn
Several of his workers also mention how the Forsworn are lunatics and make things worse for all of them. Eltrys's dad was fricking murdered by the Forsworn, and he's a Reachman.
