Walk. Just go hiking. You can eat whatever the frick you want is you walk everyday. It can be short distances in the neighborhood or long distances enjoying nature. Of course you'll have to work yourself up to go longer. 12 mile rucks are my favorite.

Try swapping these in and finding alternatives to your snacking habits that are lower calorie.

You're better off making a smaller scale game, but that winds up cutting out a lot of the appeal that the idea originally had. It's why you'll see things like Saiko no Sutaka get completed because the scope is more controlled and focused on a particular component of the yandere theme.
You have to lean in hard on one or the other, he wanted Hitman mixed with Persona but instead got a weird bastard baby that doesn't really do either right. Social stuff is barely there, unlike Persona your time barely matters since each day is the same, and the schedule of the rivals are so simple that the only way for him to make it so you couldn't just run up and stab them he added an invincible bodyguard that just limits the hitman section of the game since you have to do a very specific set of events to get anywhere.
A game like Persona where you have like a week to figure out the schedule of a person before you had one day to actually kill them (with a different gameplay style for the assassination sections vs investigations) could be interesting, but you'd need to separate the social and Hitman aspects, which this game doesn't do. The investigating amounts to just standing there, and it's layered in 47 layers of coom to the point where the most efficient form of earning points to buy stuff is panty shots, which just give you a step by step guide as opposed to hints towards certain objects and locations. There's no focus, it's a mess that at best is a decent sandbox to frick around with via easter eggs, horribly optimized, and has one of the worst possible people behind it.
ANYONE ELSE would've finished the game by now, any reasonable person who've taken the tinybuild partnership as a matter of fact instead of sperging over not being able to understand code, but here we are.
