She's fairly popular in +R thanks to being top tier there. I think she also sees use in Strive but not sure how strong she is considered there.

Honestly I wish they stuck to the original "I just read Rurouni Kenshin so here's NOT Rurouni Kenshin" Baiken from GGML. If they wanted a true titty monster for the series they could have given that role to another character like Dizzy or I-No.

She was stacked, but Xrd made her go full on titty monster. Ultimately it really doesn't matter, I just think she was a more distinct character in older iterations, especially GGML.
