The Philosophers took him like straight after he was born, IIRC. So probably not, or at least that's what's implied I think.

She lost Ocelot pretty fricking fast to the Philosopher's scheming, and John was functionally her second shot. Given he also represented very culmination of her work, ethic and training, it's a no-brainer that she focused on him.

it's very interesting though because Ocelot survived anyway and went on to manipulate most of the events in the series. The real son of the boss.
just judging from how she speaks here, I don't think she knows that Ocelot is her boy. She speaks of being empty etc. she doesn't know where the kidnapped child went.

You have a pressure modifier in the controller settings, never tried it myself since I beat the HD version on PS3.
