RE4 on hard takes around 15-20hrs and incentives replay with good unlockables. You can easily get 100hrs out of it. One playthrough if XVI and you'll be burnt out.
>take 3 steps >10 minute cutscene >time to fight >every single button has a full page tutorial telling you why you should press it and what it does
This game could be so good if they cut out 50% of the cutscene and made the gameplay more expository, you could skip 99% of the tutorials because almost everything is self evident, context based tutorials that just say “press square to attack” and learning that you can combo on your would encourage experimenting with gameplay
It’s good, but there are so many obvious ways it could be better if they just trimmed the fat
So that YouTubers and streamers can cry at the le sad thing and piss themselves over le dog
Though to be fair there's the Eikon Challenge for normal people who actually wanted to play a video game
why are you a moronic Black person?
its the intro to a story heavy game
theres an extra gameplay section which is unlocked after you beat the demo and you would know that if you actually had a PS5
we want the game of thrones audience oh wait that series died years ago
>why is the demo 70% cutscenes?
It's the introduction of the game, what did you expect you fricking moron?
RE4 chainsaw demo was 90% gameplay
Final Fantasy XVI has 11 hours of cut scenes, 35 hours main story, 70 hours for 100%
To be fair, the RE4 remake was also 90% shit as well.
90% shit yet will be 100% better than FFXVI.
Can't wait for the 87 jedi survivor run of the mill score for FF XVI
Why is that exciting to you?
Can't wait for the higher user score
RE4 went from 7.8 to 8.1 since last week. False reviewers have fricked off review bombing the game. It will continue going up.
Here's the base original release anon.
Here's endwalker
>14 critic reviews and 621 user reviews
RE4 would have 97 or 96 metascore with those.
Hmm
ah, Ganker
RE4 is 10 hours long ago if you suck, XIV is most likely going to be 100+. Do the math.

FF is always like 70% cutscenes.
They take the same approche as FFX and I like it.

About 10 hours of cut scenes is normal in FF
why is that still something people are ok with
Because it's a diverse medium and it's okay for some games to focus on telling stories.
Just skip the cut scenes and you'll get through it in 25 hours
Nah I like it
because it is the demo and it is to set the things fo the story
A game for geriatrics to reminisce about mid-2010s, you can even play it with one hand not to disturb your mature movie theater experience.
So that YouTubers and streamers can cry at the le sad thing and piss themselves over le dog
Though to be fair there's the Eikon Challenge for normal people who actually wanted to play a video game
Because it's a modern Playstation game

3D FF games tend to have long cutscene heavy introductions
