How? You mean the "All Software" button? That's an extra click that pirategays don't have to go through AND is also at the far right of the main menu. The settings menu only has the option to choose basic white / basic black

Look at this theme for example, shows more games than the switch menu, there's literally no scrolling, and you can access the all software button immedetialy on the touch screen with just a few clicks with a controller. Officialgays have to scroooooooooooll every time. This theme is objectively superior to the official one, only copers would deny it

They can't even do it on a V2 Switch without a modchip that only works because of familiarity of already cracking the Switch wide open. CFW is also basically dead on the playstation side. It's over.
Yeah and the first generation of whatever new console they put out will inevitably have a similar flaw that can't be overcome without a new revision. It happens every time, and is one of the reasons I picked up a Switch on launch day, knowing full well it'd just be a matter of time.
