Range at which a tank can kill an infantry with ATGM greatly exceeds range on which an infantry with ATGM can kill a tank. General efficiency of those is greatly exaggerated. It doesn't mean that tank is invulnerable, nothing on the battlefield is invulnerable, however that doesn't make it obsolete.

The tank in OP's pic is a Leopard 2A4, which was first produced in 1985. It doesn't have APS which is the only real way to avoid becoming ATGM food.
