I crack under pressure and miss all my crit shots.
Plus I shoot buildings way too often to justify wasting crits on them.
I really should use it more, being able to one tap anyone under 100 hp at any range is absurd.
people only use the ambassador nowadays for the cool factor since crit falloff removed the ambassador's biggest advantage which was 102 damage from infinite range
>If you specifically exist only in literally the most optimal scenario for the gun the gun is the best option
WOOOOOOOOOOW
Why don't you make a youtube video about it you moronic pseud

the most optimal scenario is the scenario you should be in as spy most of the time
you're the sneaky class so you should be in stealth and people are fighting so they're probably going to be damaged and increased instakill range is always a good thing and you can see enemy health
and shooting someone in the face doesn't require you to be behind them
Ambassador was never that good, and people realized that after remembering this exists after the ambassador got crippled and then dropping it later on.
I just hate how it looks. Doesn't fit the artstyle of the game.
Would rather use the stock revolver.
Also imo its overrated as frick. Most shitty spies think of their knife as their primary so they don't see the value of dealing +20% over the diamondback for picking off targets without needing saps
>gun only truly works if you utilize a buggy and completely unreliable mechanic and/or wander into an engie nest to be raped by pyros >vs >click on head
Truly a mystery
>doesn't need saps or stabs to function >don't need to aim at heads >just see low health enemy, uncloak and shoot them in the chest 2-3 times
Let me guess... you need more?
Because I b***h and moan about how Pyro abuses crit rewards for the simplest shit, so out of principle I refuse to use this weapon and instead click heads with the amby if I frick up a stab.
morons see the -20% damage or whatever and immediately drop it
I do that

I don't use it because it's unfair to fight against and to some extent I still want the enemy team to have a good time.
I prefer ambassador because landing headshots is satisfying. Diamondback is unfair and outs you as a homosexual tryhard.
>outs you as a homosexual tryhard.
No, that would be ambassador

It was more that it had reliable damage (against players) at any range.
It was always worse than stock and normal ranges.
unless you're using it to execute enemies at 102 health or below from stealth while not being in backstab range

Ambassador was always THE tryhard weapon, if you used anything else you would be accused of being a noob who can't aim
keyword: was
it was nerfed exactly 6 years ago
Yet it's still used by tryhards who want to flex their australium shining killstreak ambassador that they paid 300€ for
>used by tryhards
where?
all the tryhards I see are using either the diamondback or l'etranger
Its the wep that convinced me to actually try out spy.
Now I just big earner and L'Etranger everywhere and get by.
But still a fun gun to use.
it's objectively a key-jingling cheese weapon

I never liked it because it feels like just a win harder weapon. I want my revolver to fight my way out of a bad situation.
Also, it's ugly.
-25% accuracy with stored crits in my mind.
I only use the big kill
looks like shit compared to stock
Nice

honestly its ugly, biggest issue with the thing. it clashes with the spy's aesthetic so much I actively don't want to use it.
and spies's revolver's aren't exactly good looking anyway. The enforcer and the L'Etranger are the best looking ones.
Really wish the enforcer was a bit better. the bonus damage while disguised comes out to like '10' extra damage at optimal range.
Because I b***h and moan about how Pyro abuses crit rewards for the simplest shit, so out of principle I refuse to use this weapon and instead click heads with the amby if I frick up a stab.
