most videogames have a dedicated interact button but i think it should be called a doug button in much the same way an FPS is a Doom-clone.

ocarina of time basically has the same functionality but on the A button. It even has pads where you play a song to trigger a contextual action. Conker does directly use the phrase "context sensitive" though. Doug on the other hand codifies the purpose of the button by giving it a new name much like how start is the standard pause button.

These things sucked and were boring. I remember playing with them as a kid and just wishing they weren't lame. If the Game Boy hadn't come along, I probably would've never gotten into video games. Besides, they have remade these games. There's probably a mobile phone version of basically every one of them.
