Like said, it really depends on your PC. But game emulation in general has become really easy in recent years, hopefully none of the big corporations really catch on and crack down on it all.
It's not any easier than it was a decade ago, you just have more consoles and titles emulatable. Although Switch games working day -7 without completely gamebreaking bugs and looking and performing better than on the actual hardware after a few weeks is kind of wild.

homie you'll get like 120fps at least.
I have a 1660 Super and a Ryzen 5 3600 and I could run it at stable 70fps (capped).

However, while this isn't the cheapest, it's not too far and actually handles it nicely.
Those are APUs which most times cap the CPU part to add the GPU part. Check the 2600 for a fair comparison
