Hello? Wake up, dingdongs. It's the lighting. The way the lighting works in the engine has an effect on the colors. I'm not saying they lack them, but there's definitely something "off" in regards to the colors in RE's engines games. Even in that new yokai game the colors are heavily saturated but the lighting makes it pop a lot less.

The engine doesn't hate colors, modern art directors do. You should notice Capcom is far from the only ones having this problem.
What are you on about? Renders colors just fine in the Capcom Arcade Collections, if you've just played RE games with it then that's your problem
