It is. It's very challenging. Police now is very trigger friendly. If you're involved in shootouts, they will shoot you and your enemies. If you start trouble, police will now look for you instead of spawning behind you and will chase you. If you frick around long enough, MaxTac will spawn via helicopters and chase after you, and they will easily mow you down unless your character is maxed out or at least well built.
Does the DLC add anything in the base game? I don't wanna buy it yet, I'm gonna take my sweet time in the prologue and Act 1, I can just get the base version of the new guns right?

David had new experimental technology that turned him into a tank but also not that maneuverable to someone who could keep up with his speed. Meaning he could mow down as many gonks that stand relatively still just trying to shoot him but ate shit against a similar lightning bruiser that had more experience and mobility and coul tear him apart with his bare hands.
V is the other end of that spectrum, maximum skill and mobility but way more fragile.

Did they finish Blue Moon's Romance route since it was cut from the original game, and how does the new endings work? I got the ending where I became a nomad with Panam, so do I still just leave and eventually die or is there an ending where I don't just fricking die now?
There is an ending where V does live now, but they spend 2 years in a coma, Pretty much all of their friends from the game have either moved on or are in a worse place and V cannot ever use any kind of Cyberware without it having a chance of killing them, but they have enough money and connections to live whatever kind of life that they want.

From all the cut content I genuinely think someone was. It's just that they got rushed and the game systems are ironically what suffered the most as they just had to go with a bunch of placeholders for things like driving combat and exploration.

Well seems this seems to be a decent cyberpunk thread, gonna ask. Anyone else feels like netrunner builds now feel like a gigacope? Like you have to build all sorts of shit just do damage compared to just having a low investment body build and slaughter scores of enemies with shotguns + adrenaline.

David had new experimental technology that turned him into a tank but also not that maneuverable to someone who could keep up with his speed. Meaning he could mow down as many gonks that stand relatively still just trying to shoot him but ate shit against a similar lightning bruiser that had more experience and mobility and coul tear him apart with his bare hands.
V is the other end of that spectrum, maximum skill and mobility but way more fragile.

Did they finish Blue Moon's Romance route since it was cut from the original game, and how does the new endings work? I got the ending where I became a nomad with Panam, so do I still just leave and eventually die or is there an ending where I don't just fricking die now?
There is an ending where V does live now, but they spend 2 years in a coma, Pretty much all of their friends from the game have either moved on or are in a worse place and V cannot ever use any kind of Cyberware without it having a chance of killing them, but they have enough money and connections to live whatever kind of life that they want.

Canon ending in the sequel will be legend V so who cares about these gay endings anyway. Do them for the cosmetic rewards.
