Why was there so much hate for him? Isn't he the most requested character?

When I saw the keyblade and Sora float through the door with Simple and Clean playing I almost shed a year. It was nostalgic rush of emotion, making me feel like a kid again for the first time in years.

Basically just Kingdom hearts haters and nerds that wanted their obscure literally who character as the last one hated Sora, they also bring the same insult of "KH IS DUMB AND FOR AUTISTIC DUDS" c**ts sound like a broken record at this point

you're talking about the smash community here.
they're just a bunch of autistic no life pedophiles that they're always angry, whatever they say or thing doesn't matter. The character is good, period.

Because Kingdom Hearts is terrible JRPG cringe. If you don't have nostalgia for old disney movies, it's unbearable, and even if you do, you practically need a lobotomy to not have a critical love/hate relationship with the series at best.

KH is probably the best dmc clone since dmc. The arpg combat is unparalleled. Playing KH1+2 back to back enlightened me just how shit the gameplay is for most modern arpgs are.

He might have been the most requested 10 years ago when they did that poll, I don't think nearly as many people care these days since the series died off.

Kingdom Hearts is mostly the punchline to a joke, nowadays.

Get off Ganker and look anywhere else, this is the only place that hates him. Well actually, ResetEra might too, but only because he isn't a minority.

Smashies want boomer nostalgia picks that the vast majority of normalgays won't recognize like Geno, or stupid meme picks like Goku

Because they based the results off a poll that was at least 5 - 6 years out of date.

Didn't we just have this thread a while ago? Drop it already, he's a boring character with a below-average moveset.

    Vocal haters.

    They are either:
    Anti Nomura fans
"The character I wanted in didn't get in" people
    Barry

No clue. My most wanted characters were Doomguy, Phoenix Wright and Sora (though I didn't think he would ever actually get in), so I was pretty happy one of them was the final character.

There isn't. It's almost all from here and almost all of it is shitposting. The exceptions to this are people who didn't like ANY of the DLC characters(here doesn't count), and the cult of people on twitter complaining about representation.
