As long as Steam keeps up their act of randomly rejecting anime games with fanservice (even games releasing on console), then it will be impossible for fanservice to return.

There's no proof for either side yet. All we know is that the website tagged the Switch version as having "different" content in the hot spring minigame. It's already steamed as frick on the PS4 version which the PS5 and Steam version seem to be using, so it's either Switch uncensored it or removed it entirely because any more steam would just be a full on screen cover.
