Outerworlds is probably the most disappointing game I've played in the last 5 years. I paid $1 for it on gamepass and I still felt like it was a waste. The futuristic wildwest / steam punk aesthetics already made me skeptical, but I was not expecting it to be a complete regression from NV and FO3 in every way possible. No fricking clue how people liked that trash and I saw that as a huge Obsidian gay who loves Pillars of Eternity, Kotor II and NV.
Probably won't. It's not about who has the most creative talent, it's about who has the best standing relationship with the higher-ups, they being Fargo and Uruqhart
