There's no way they're putting in a fourth role as "support", if anything they want to remove a role because no one wants to play tank or healer and it fricks with queue times. A fourth role would make things worse. Removing healers might make things slightly better, just have tanks and DPS be responsible for their own survivability through some self-healing stuff and dole out the healing CDs between classes.

It really is scary how MMOs entrap so many people. Everyone I know who still plays WoW, when asked, will always either say: "no other good MMORPG worth switching to" or "spent too much money". The first statement is objectively true, I cant think of a single game that has both MMO, RPG and is actually decent. Every current MMORPG is a singleplayer theme park or completely lacks an RPG element to it. The second one is just depressing because I got that feeling before I quit WoW in Cata, but was able to question that thought and sealed the deal and I haven't played since.

A new dungeon, chopped into two halves to give it future longevity. Shotgun 40 rares onto the island that don't even spawn everyday and give them a 1% chance to drop a reskinned mount. Follow it up with a raid that was so poorly tested that it's either outright broken at the final bosses, or needs sweeping balance changes for weeks.
It's all they know. Firelands showed them it's all they need. Timeless Isle solidified the formula.
