You have to do a weekly progress bar quest to gain one charge of Tier armor conversion, instead of auto-gaining like near the end of SL.

true, conc essences should be tradeable but you'd be able to get a fresh alt to ~415 ilvl in about an hour if that were to happen, which is mythic ready and a bit too strong

I like raiding and its direct competitor does raiding better for me personally. Visual design and feeling, WoW bosses kinda feel like upscaled regular mobs, they need to work on giving impact to spell effects so that when a boss hits you with something it feels threatening (see: Akh Morn) and above what regular mobs already do.
I don't want to spam M+, I've never liked it, challenge mode was more fun, including all the exploit abuse frickery. Using obscure items to clip out of bounds, Mirror + Soul Capacitor bombing bosses and other wacky shit. But even just clearing as intended was more fun than M+ and not a weekly chore.
I don't want my mythic raid clears to come down to our 3 carried morons not getting assigned "the mechanic", I much prefer the approach with a smaller raidsize but everyone has to do the mechanic right and everyone earning their clear.
Frick alts, I put thousands of hours into my one character, I don't want to touch an alt. Frick splits, frick everything to do with alts.

Yeah raiding kinda blows. It's either way too easy (i.e heroic) or so challenging that you need to commit to a few month long raiding schedule because getting 20 people online with the right comp is difficult otherwise. I wish they'd just start making hard content for 10 mans again. Also they need to ban addons already, half of mythic raiding is setupping your weakauras. Literally most of them just play this shit for you (interrupt anchor, MRT alerts, etc), and I understand that the default UI is lacking hence why so many of these are needed, however the fix should be coming from Blizzard, not the community.
Why even put so much effort into raiding when Mythics exists? Smaller groups, quicker runs, can queue with randos. Unless you are going for the absolutely best gear possible its not worth the time or stress.
