I haven't played The Witcher 3, but I wouldn't take The Witcher 3 as Ganker specifically pushing the game. You're probably more likely to hear it's the best game ever anywhere else.
The OST isn't actually all that bad, it's just severely out of place for a paintball game. Apparently the composer sent them some demo tracks and they just sent him a check and used the tracks as the OST. You can look him up if you look at the track info, he has a lot of other work that's more or less the same

I really think this is the winner. Sonic Chronicles really fricked these covers up bad. What blows my mind is the songs these are covers of sounded great on the genesis. I heard some rumor that they had to rush the soundtrack a week or so before release because bioware had been making covers of retro sonic songs that were unlicensed, and at the last minute sega said sorry can't have those. So as a result we get these shitty midi blips and beeps. Wonder if it's true.
IIRC someone took the midis from Sonic Chronicles and put them in a different soundfont and it was actually solid. I think the example I heard was actually the Central City track too.

Chronicles had a disaster of a development cycle and had it gone better the game would've actually turned out pretty good. And you know what? I'm just gonna say it: Chronicles deserved to get finished more than Sonic '06 did. Chronicles actually had a decent foundation to build off of, while '06 was simply more bad ideas than good when you get down it.
Honestly even if you don't agree with that, I just wish Chronicles did well so we could actually have RPGs for Sonic. Mostly so "muh story" homosexuals would have an outlet for it where it could work. You know, having the time to actually tell the story, instead of cramming it into one to two minute cutscenes in between gameplay, or worse, having characters never shut the frick up during said gameplay in order to tell said story, or hiring competent writers, and so on.
But uh, yeah, Chronicles has some real stinky music, and such.
I'm sad every day how much Chronicles shit the bed. Not only because of the shitty dev cycle, but because of that autist Penders fricked up so much shit afterwards because "muh shitty knuckles ocs." Not only did he kill Archie Sonic, he kneecapped Sonic stories in general because the stink he stirred up no doubt caused Sega to blandify the stories afterwards. I want more Sonic RPGs except not shit.
Nier Automata is a really mixed bag. Some of the songs are amazing, especially in context, but them some are annoying as frick. Especially that one of the woman WAILING the whole time in the ruins in the desert. People pretended to like it because it's memorable, but it's just grating.
>Especially that one of the woman WAILING the whole time in the ruins in the desert.
Some of you have absolute dogshit taste in music. I assume you eat nothing but chicken tendies and fast food.
it's really not that bad. chrono cross has a bunch of music like this as well, it's just a lot of genre mixing + uncommon instruments so it's not familiar and takes a while getting used to
IIRC custom music wasn't fully understood at the time and something went horribly wrong with it
That said there's a lot worse with Liquid Crystal than a handful of songs, it's fine when it's a faithful Gen 2 remake but the longer the game goes on the more and more OC content the author adds, and any time it's full OC it's criiiiiinge
Pic related (Zelda is what the player named Silver, the rest are OCs)
The evergrace OSTs are genuinely fantastic and I'm honestly not saying that just to be contrarian. Most of it isn't something you're going to listen to outside of the game but within the context of the game, it absolutely fits. It's the same with the Drakengard OST. In isolation, most of the tracks sound insane, but within the context of the game it's perfect.
it's as if they composed the beginning of the song (which I legitimately like), forgot to make the rest, then remembered they didn't make anything else at the last moment, so they made something mediocre and then looped it for lengthening the song
also no, in my opinion it's legitimately bad because if you want to get an S rank in that mission you have to listen to it for at least about 7 minutes
Yell Dead Cell is great, it's just that many got scared by the intro
it's bizzare, but not bad by any means
also, it's not an "alert theme" - it's from battle with Fatman
anyway I'm sure someone already wrote about basement from RE1 dualshock director's cut, so i'll go with this
I love early MKs soundtrack by Dan Forden, but this shit is just too goofy
The chaos language literally ruins it.
Crafting languages is a difficult skill and when you don't do it right it just sounds like gibberish and not a language.
Like if you listen to somebody speaking japanese, it's clearly different than somebody who knows no japanese and is just parodying what japanese vaguely sounds like.
The chaos language comes down too far on the side of sounding like an obviously fake language.
The chaos language was kino, the amusement park boss' track is peak music thanks to it.
As the name suggests it's not supposed to sound like a functioning human language.
>that one level in lemmings that is all creepy looking and plays this song >didnt know it was a reference to this game >got really scared as a kid like the game glitched out
what the frick are you talking about
there's a bit of clamour in the background but it's nowhere near loud enough to be a problem
it's like tense music from a horror film from the neighbor's house
how quiet is it where you live that you don't tune it out?
No I am like two inches away from asking if you have some super sensitive hearing because there's no way this casual noise that is easily drowned out ingame and mistaken for distant wildlife and wind is actually eating your ass so hard that you think it's a better song than generic boss theme #43
or that not one Dark Souls 3, songs that are made to be Hollywood bombast clapbait no sane man could possibly remember, get mentioned before this naturally peaceful sounding song with a still noticable underlying turmoil
it's a better song than anything from DaS3 by all standards other than how hard you personally soipoint at the screen when it's playing
Midwit take. Drakengard's OST is perfect for elevating the gameplay. It's supposed to fill you with anxiety and make you feel like the world is breaking around you which is the purpose for the abrupt stops and skips. It's some of the best game sound design ever. Cavia was full of geniuses. I routinely listen to that OST in isolation just to relive the feelings the game gave me.
>Doesn't get this was a joke, even when israelitetube comments point it out >Focuses on one "bad" song, thinks the rest is dogshit
listen to more music: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oov2K9-Z6cA
Honestly, the new one hit some cool noises. As a main theme it's horrible, but if you put that at the end of a game where you gotta... blow up the sun or something it would fit pretty well.
>tfw still remember how everyone made fun of BF3's rendition of the original theme >BZZT BRRT ZZZT in every advert >people later found out there's actually a full version and it sounds really good for the most part >you never actually hear the full theme in-game minus a few snippets here and there that don't do it justice
might be one of the biggest musical cuckolds in history
someone post the pokemon sword/shield battle tower theme that was repurposed from some shit toby fox made for some male pregnancy shit that involved homestuck
Literally any 50+ hour JRPG that only has a single battle theme for generic combat that plays *every* normal battle, bonus points for bosses all getting unique tricks that only plays once.
this is why i cant play dragon quest games, i dont know if it changed after 8 but hearing the same dogshit battle theme and field theme made me want to kill myself
I'd say those tracks are often good enough still, just overused. Even then, even in long games with only one battle track I tend to not get that annoyed by the battle theme, it's moreso games with really common battles. Persona 1 and both P2 games come to mind for that, sometimes I see people make it out like it was just the vocals of P1's battle theme that made it grating but I played with the PS1 soundtrack and couldn't fricking stand the battle theme by the end of the game.
Woolly World has amazing soundtrack, doesn't deserve to get lumped with the rest. It sometimes even feels too good for the game its in.
Listen to that shit. It's so emotional, it takes you by the heart, and yet its just for an auto scroll by the end of the final level before the final boss.
This man made some amazing "variety" soundtracks with lots of genres (Kirbys Epic Yarn, Wario Shake It, I think some old Goemon games?) but this one takes the fricking cake, it's some of the best music in a Nintendo game.
Iirc this was his last job as a viya composer, that last level hits so hard because of his music, dude sure went all out.
Not bad for a 16MB cartridge. They had to cram the game's code, UI, textures, levels, sounds and the rest of the soundtrack into that space too. They undoubtedly had to chop it up like that so they could repeat phrases to save space.
Back when devs could still optimize their games... I miss those days, lads.
Yeah, but compare it to the N64 soundtracks for THPS1 and 2. The problem isn't that it's cut up into repeated chunks, the problem is for 3 they did a really, really shit job of putting those chunks in the proper order to simulate the original song.
>starts horrible >slowly starts layering enough elements to sound decent >shoots its whole fricking leg off at 2:24
Is the point of the OST to genuinely sound awful?
I remember when golden alpaca scene was posted in every YIIK thread. I actually came around to liking the theme. Though I listen to weird shit, so that's expected.
In the update they drastically changed the scene. It's boring now, soulless even.
Given how limited the OG GB and GBC's sound chip was I'd say it's crazy how more OSTs didn't end up sounding like complete ass. Composers did some great stuff with the limitations. Though you still get some ass even in the classics
The only functional difference between the NES and GB/GBC sound chips is that the NES had access to one more tone generator (the "triangle" channel). Both systems had two pulse generators, a noise generator, and a PCM channel. The NES could pull off stuff like this:
The GB/GBC hardware could come damn close to this. It's a shame so few developers could do it.
The ambient music in Metroid II is fine, it's not musical but it works in-game when you add Samus's footprints, the sounds of you jumping and shooting etc.
The first Pokémon game's soundtrack is such a treat to listen to. Probably one of the many reasons why the OG games got so popular. They did a lot with some severe limitations
I always liked this one, not really as a song but it sounds very intimidating and (atleast I think) it reflects Majima's desperation to reclaim his life/save Makoto.
It's become truly iconic, to tbe point that I literally see people who only know RE for it, but have you guys ever listened to tbe full ost for the dual shock version? It's genuinely so much weirder then just the basement theme.
?si=K_rrfVz7Guwsm7Mx
?si=PTbSS5A3d1gIhPUz
?si=4H96ZFexjq8zVxon
All the weirder is how genuinely good some ofvthem are still.
i remember seeing somewhere the basement theme was only a coding error, they misplaced the sound fount keys. If you shift it over by a single key it becomes a good song
i remember seeing somewhere the basement theme was only a coding error, they misplaced the sound fount keys. If you shift it over by a single key it becomes a good song
Even better, it was composed by a dude who was deaf who then lied about being deaf
Sonic and the Secret Rings. 7 Rings in Hand being so prominent destroys any other thing about that sound track. When a Sonic game fricks up the music, that game is truly lost.
Im heavily into the retro scene. While I love hearing and reading about classic games and their history, the brits have such a diamond denial hard on for the ZX and commodore. They think all the games are pure classics that didn't age like dogshit.
I admire their passion, but they have the absolute thickest nostalgia goggles on that I've ever seen.
is this an elaborate shitpost or did someone actually make a zniggy game based off that meme? i mean i guess it'd be an elaborate shitpost either way but you know what i mean
/vr/ actually made a Zniggy game on the ZX Spectrum. Anons all submitted screens for the map, pretty sure someone made a shitty loop of some public domain song to play over it, and I never downloaded it but I'm pretty sure the project leader released a ROM that boots. Very doubtful the game is actually beatable given some of the level design, but it is playable
Call me a contrarian all you like, but I do not understand why everyone fricking loves World's End Valentine from Omori. There are plenty of tracks way better than it in the game.
Drakengard is the ultimate midwit filter. Any moron who thinks music should only be happy happy good feel yes yes happy 🙂 thinks Drakengard has a bad OST. Anyone who understands that music should contribute to a game's atmosphere and complement it understands that it's a fantastic OST.
The melody itself is alright but the vocals are completely out of place.
On a side note, why the frick does every song on YouTube have much lower bitrate now?
?t=491
Can't find a clean upload of this so here's a timestamp
Megaman 8-Bit Deathmatch's Tenguman stage would randomly pick between the PS1 and Saturn songs at the start of the match, and as an easter egg there was a 1% chance this song would play for one loop before picking the real song instead. They removed that in an update sadly
I think anon might just be perturbed by the clarinet. It's real easy to frick-up clarinet use, and I think this is an example where hearing this track for the duration of a full game can start to get on your nerves.
The only problem with this (and Zinnia's theme) is that it doesn't sound like anything else in the game. It's like whoever composed it didn't even know what game they were composing for and didn't know what anything else in the soundtrack sounds like
>hard mode
No, I accept Easy Mode. I want the most ear shattering, indefensible, CIA-torture tier, merzbow-through-a-tin-can-on-a-string retro music you can think of. I’m talking even at it’s time, including all the technological limitations, it made you wonder if the composer lost a bet to make the worst shit imaginable.
Shit like Spider-Man Web of Fire and Crazy Bus. Unfortunately people already posted both
I like The Time Has Come so I like the part of this that's just that, but I fricking hate the vocals for the rest of We Shall Never Surrender, the guy is so annoying to listen to.
On all the fricking time on the ingame radios I get it's supposed to be shit but every time i'm near radios in game it's always this fricking song, Dealing with organ traffickers? Ponpon shit, Dying due to your brain parasite? Pon pon shit, Getting pegged by some corp b***h? Pon pon shit
I remember finding a site that had the whole archive of mp3.com linked and would just feed you random songs every time you refreshed. I wish I could find it again, I love that shit. There's a few artists who had alternate/early versions of their game soundtracks on there (mostly old EA titles) and they're missing from that big mp3.com archive.org upload so they're pretty much gone forever.
?si=0tRX2zdHhtXiEnxn >song is good in isolation >it interrupts far better music every time it triggers and the worst part of the song is the first 20 seconds >you only ever hear the first 20 seconds because combat almost never lasts long enough to hear more

Ive been waiting for this to be posted
Its still the winner imo
Nier Automata is a really mixed bag. Some of the songs are amazing, especially in context, but them some are annoying as frick. Especially that one of the woman WAILING the whole time in the ruins in the desert. People pretended to like it because it's memorable, but it's just grating.
Yeah, desert track was cringe as frick
>Especially that one of the woman WAILING the whole time in the ruins in the desert.
Some of you have absolute dogshit taste in music. I assume you eat nothing but chicken tendies and fast food.
Excuse me sir I tendiemaxx AND like the entire Automata soundtrack.
I don't know why half of this game's soundtrack is great and the other is amelodic shit that sounds like 5 tracks tossed into rave.dj
>synesta town
>synesthesia soundtrack
heh
it's really not that bad. chrono cross has a bunch of music like this as well, it's just a lot of genre mixing + uncommon instruments so it's not familiar and takes a while getting used to
Drakengard 1
Drakengard ost is amazing though
Nfsu2 riders on the storm snoop Dogg mix
Leaves me wishing I was listening to the original.
Cheating? Maybe.
walkhard makes alot more sense now
Frick off both are good. Snoop version is funny as hell for existing
Axiom Verge 2, hands down.
First one had some cringe shit too
?si=0lbi-8HwBTGRajv_
That is a good song though
Oh god, that one did my fricking breasts in.
The OST is like the only thing I unambiguously liked about AV2
Resident Evil: Director’s Cut
Nothing will ever compare.
What clown horns don't fill you with dread and terror?
>Mansion toilet
The "Director's Cut" has the normal soundtrack. It's the DUALSHOCK version that replaced it with the funny one. Important distinction.

>liquid crystal
it's liquid something alright
i am the first person to make this joke

woah
holy shit dude!
Same soundfont:
excellent
HOLY FRICKING SHIT
I dont understand what went wrong with this one because the rest of the ost of the hack are fine.
Yeah fine you win
More like Pokemon Liquid Shit amirite
what in god's name
Let's be real, the original isn't that much better
Its like a clowns nightmare about running away from his responsibilities and falling down some stairs.
You know what, I'm starting to warm up to it.
i came to this thread to find this song
thank you anon
"Sounds like clowns making a snuff film."
That actually has potential to be something good.
Liquid shit
Getting the easy ones out of the way
It's crazy to think that they double downed on the awful for the sequel. You'd think that they'd take feedback from the first into consideration.
All that text to say that you're a moron
That makes it bad and I actually like that crap
Wtf, this sounds like the stuff I listened to in college. Did animal collective do this soundtrack lmfao
Apparently, part of the Evergrace OST was originally made for Shadow Tower.
homosexuals like you are why modern Fromsoftware games have shitty ''orchastra'' moaning screams soundtracks
Simultaneously the best and the worst.
%3D
this is a bit nitpicking, but then again it's fricking awful compared to the series' standards
lol that song is so weird and out of left field on that OST. I wouldn't say it's 'bad' but I agree that it's odd.
it's as if they composed the beginning of the song (which I legitimately like), forgot to make the rest, then remembered they didn't make anything else at the last moment, so they made something mediocre and then looped it for lengthening the song
also no, in my opinion it's legitimately bad because if you want to get an S rank in that mission you have to listen to it for at least about 7 minutes
I like this one, even by Ace Combat's standards.
zero standards and poor taste
Post THAT screencap
firelink, gargoyles, gwynevere and gwyn's music were incredible.
Sounds good to me
It's quite goofy but by 1997 standards I think it's standard fare Thanks for posting it. I hadn't heard this one.
It's a bit ridiculous but perfectly good.
Obligatory.
I'm a fool
I know nothing
I take the role of a silly clown
these the only bad songs from these threads to actually make my ears bleed
the fact that the whole OST can fit into a 4 minute video should tell you enough.
some of these arent too bad but that first track is legendary
celeste's was pretty bad, had to mute it and play my own music. it also had a troony mc so no wonder.
the gameplay was good tho
nier automata easily. almost died of weeb cringe had to mute it.
As the name suggests it's not supposed to sound like a functioning human language.
>that one level in lemmings that is all creepy looking and plays this song
>didnt know it was a reference to this game
>got really scared as a kid like the game glitched out
The song is based tho
All of the overworld music in elden ring. its like its literally tailor made to give you headaches and make you feel sick.
?si=1zAuF91A_vJ6AYCq
?si=1zAuF91A_vJ6AYCq
this, it was so ass. the only good track in the whole game was Malenia's.
Renalla's theme is also really good, but the ost in elden ring is pretty weak.
of all the music to hate in Elden Ring, you gays don't hate the amelodic progressive orchestra slop but you hate *limgrave*?
its literally dissonant shrill string instruments droning on endlessly its fricking awful
what the frick are you talking about
there's a bit of clamour in the background but it's nowhere near loud enough to be a problem
it's like tense music from a horror film from the neighbor's house
how quiet is it where you live that you don't tune it out?
>its not bad!
>but you should tune it out!
Anyone posted Drakengard? Drakengard.
AI War 2 has a ridiculously bad soundtrack to the point I think it's another way of assaulting you
>no "Yell Dead Cell" MGS2
Holy shit you're a homosexual.
Did nobody post the shop theme? Come on.

Didn't this game come out in like 2010? Why butt rock?
don't ask me
XIII was something else (in the worst way possible)
what happened to dubstep anyway?
>composed his own dungeon theme
>became an ambulatory dungeon
>living his dream every day of his life
dungeon man is truly the best character
I had to stop playing Enter the Gungeon because of the soundtrack. Most of the music is just a cacophany.
Low bait, you barely hear music in there.
dragon's dogshit 2 is a great recent example.
outside of a short ambient track in melve, the game doesn't have a single good track.
tears of the kingdom music was pretty shit, as it barely existed
or any modern nintendo title could take it
How has nobody posted the GOAT? Fricking newbies
classic post. truly a top 5 horrible song
Can't unhear it now
God damn it I've been here too long
I can't believe that made onto a commercial album
i mean yeah this has to be the worst one of all time. just incoherent sounds with no rythm
For someone out there, this is their MKUltra reactivation tone.
I love how DICE managed to turn this
into this
At least they brought it back in 1
Honestly, the new one hit some cool noises. As a main theme it's horrible, but if you put that at the end of a game where you gotta... blow up the sun or something it would fit pretty well.
>tfw still remember how everyone made fun of BF3's rendition of the original theme
>BZZT BRRT ZZZT in every advert
>people later found out there's actually a full version and it sounds really good for the most part
>you never actually hear the full theme in-game minus a few snippets here and there that don't do it justice
might be one of the biggest musical cuckolds in history
I'm sorry to the 10 DMC 2 fans out there in the world, but the OST in this game sucks ass
As some who beat both Dante and Lucia's campaign, I promise you it is even worse in-game.
DMC2 is a shit game but the mission start track is atmosphere kino
someone post the pokemon sword/shield battle tower theme that was repurposed from some shit toby fox made for some male pregnancy shit that involved homestuck
Here are some hidden gems
Literally any 50+ hour JRPG that only has a single battle theme for generic combat that plays *every* normal battle, bonus points for bosses all getting unique tricks that only plays once.
I really hate how good this theme is but you only hear about 20 first seconds of it throughout the whole game.
?si=5b0_Cks16GuhV9JV
Who's fricking theme is this? Is it that demon b***h in the alice in wonderland stage?
Ni no kuni did this shit too, the beginning of the song sounds fricking horrible but gets better and thats what you hear for most of the game
this is why i cant play dragon quest games, i dont know if it changed after 8 but hearing the same dogshit battle theme and field theme made me want to kill myself
I'd say those tracks are often good enough still, just overused. Even then, even in long games with only one battle track I tend to not get that annoyed by the battle theme, it's moreso games with really common battles. Persona 1 and both P2 games come to mind for that, sometimes I see people make it out like it was just the vocals of P1's battle theme that made it grating but I played with the PS1 soundtrack and couldn't fricking stand the battle theme by the end of the game.
this is a good track though and fits both normal battles and boss battles.
it's the only battle track though except for the last boss
Not true, the Tales games always change up their battle theme after a major plot point so they usually have 3 main themes.
I spent a lot of my early days listening to gachi and earrape, so I'm mostly immune to shitty music
I'm saying mostly because this song managed to give me cancer
?feature=shared
This deserves a mention.
HongKong97
these songs aren't actually bad, it's just that some of the tones in them are so fricking shrill that they actually hurt my ears

Yoshi’s Story, and really all of those Yoshi game after Island. Horrid soundtracks.
THE AAAAASSHOOOOOLE
Yoshi's story ost is good
Agreed. Mario World 2 is the only good Yoshi game too.
Yoshi's Story's OST is fine
DS's is slightly below average
New Island is the really awful one
A goddamn shame Bandit Valley had to share the rest of the game with all that noise
at least we got these remixes
Woolly World has amazing soundtrack, doesn't deserve to get lumped with the rest. It sometimes even feels too good for the game its in.
Listen to that shit. It's so emotional, it takes you by the heart, and yet its just for an auto scroll by the end of the final level before the final boss.
Bro this sounds so fricking good holy shit
This man made some amazing "variety" soundtracks with lots of genres (Kirbys Epic Yarn, Wario Shake It, I think some old Goemon games?) but this one takes the fricking cake, it's some of the best music in a Nintendo game.
Iirc this was his last job as a viya composer, that last level hits so hard because of his music, dude sure went all out.
mandatory
beat me to it
People made such a fuss about the OST in picrel, but when I went to listen to it it was just a bunch of boomer buttrock shit.

nah the only bad THPS soudtrack is like the N64 one for 3 which has this ridiculously cut-up version of Ace of Spades. Lemmy is rolling in his grave
?si=Mm2Nm4qWVz3d-XXl
They took the shittiest metal song in the world and injected raw SOVL
AND DONT FORGET THE JOKA
i played all the thps games on n64. it was weird
Northern Journey has a few tracks that are so bad it's kinda alright vibe.
Bangers
Northern Journey is a hidden gem.
It looks and sounds so scuffed but it's a great game with an experimental ost.
First thing that came to my mind.
I get it. Pretty shrill and fatiguing but if it's only for a minute, it's got that alien rave sound.
with how long, weird, and atmospheric the game is. I can't help but love when the inbred rave beat hits.
maybe this is heresy but
Worst RPG battle music. Music nerds will claim it's good because time signatures or some dumb shit.

Shitty licensed games feel like cheating but I don't think this one was posted yet
the minecraft soundtrack. Not exactly earbleed but half the songs make me wanna hang myself because they are so depressing
Animorphs GBC
There's no topping this shit.
Given how limited the OG GB and GBC's sound chip was I'd say it's crazy how more OSTs didn't end up sounding like complete ass. Composers did some great stuff with the limitations. Though you still get some ass even in the classics
?si=qm1j0oAvbjrnMm64
Here's your overworld theme in Animorphs that you WILL be listening to as you slowly crawl along Chapter 1.
Holy shit I thought I was the only one who played that shit. I still have it in my garage somewhere too lmao.
I remember that they removed Dante's DMC5 theme song a day after announcing it because it was that bad
Monster Hunter World.
>unadulterated soulful kino thread
Only bad song in the series tbh
I always liked this one, not really as a song but it sounds very intimidating and (atleast I think) it reflects Majima's desperation to reclaim his life/save Makoto.
Yeah, it does a good job at sounding intimidating but it shouldn't have been the basic boss theme for the entire game.
Clean your ears with this great classic, friends

It's become truly iconic, to tbe point that I literally see people who only know RE for it, but have you guys ever listened to tbe full ost for the dual shock version? It's genuinely so much weirder then just the basement theme.

i remember seeing somewhere the basement theme was only a coding error, they misplaced the sound fount keys.

Zniggy is a real underrated classic though
>knoife bin

Is that lil' Cheetus?
is this an elaborate shitpost or did someone actually make a zniggy game based off that meme? i mean i guess it'd be an elaborate shitpost either way but you know what i mean
Just downloaded it to confirm it's real, here's the title screen. It sounds beautiful

Call me a contrarian all you like, but I do not understand why everyone fricking loves World's End Valentine from Omori. There are plenty of tracks way better than it in the game.
At least it's meant to be bad
Anyone post this yet? It sounds like a moronic Russian dude who learned English in Japan singing an SNL parody Will Smith song.

Megaman 8-Bit Deathmatch's Tenguman stage would randomly pick between the PS1 and Saturn songs at the start of the match, and as an easter egg there was a 1% chance this song would play for one loop before picking the real song instead. They removed that in an update sadly

The only problem with this (and Zinnia's theme) is that it doesn't sound like anything else in the game. It's like whoever composed it didn't even know what game they were composing for and didn't know what anything else in the soundtrack sounds like
