It's more like a series that started out as a joke slowly devolved into a bite-size action cartoon, and children gobbles it up because that concept feels completely new and subversive to them while it being dumb enough for them to consume easily
First few episodes are just singing toilet men funny, after that it consists of toilet men and camera man endlessly one-upping each other with bigger weapons to keep the action going as an excuse to have big explosions
no, I believe that, ironically enough, it works quite well as a tower defense, that roblox one is extremely polished for what it is, and even pretty fair f2p as well.
