the MCU has made me fricking loathe marvel in just about every possible form. unless they're adapting just straight-up classic comic book stuff I think the concept can frick right off, and considering all of kh4 seems to have that same realistic artstyle I'm already not on board

I agree. Toy Story was probably the best in KH3 since it didn't try to be a mediocre version of a movie. It did its own thing and even had a nice gimmick with the mechs

Marvel definitely fricking not, Disney would demand Avengers writers be in creative charge of it. Big Hero 6 is pretty adjacent but it's a silly enough premise and characters that it slides in at home with Kingdom Hearts, plus BH6's writers didn't give a shit if "Kingdom Hearts BH6" canon deviates from the actual works with the Baymax Dark Knight and recovering the original Baymax.
