The absolute lowest price of a 3060TI i have found is 514$ and that's equal to 1580 dollars in our economy. I would ask a relative to bring me one from france/germany but the prices i have seen online there are 450euros too..
I've bought must a GPU off of Newegg for the exact same reason, even though I live on the other side of the globe. There are 3rd party services for that. Looking at Newegg right now, RX6800 which is much better than a 3060ti costs $490 and the sipping through a 3rd party company would cost about 50-60 bucks, so $550 tops. And that's a NEW card.

I have used my 3080 for mining for over a year and it is exactly the same when gaming. I also swapped it out for a 3080ti from my mining rig which ran 24/7 for months and it is fine.
I'd offer $150 less or something

If I get to test it why not. Visual inspection, benchmark testing, testing rails, etc. A GPU that's been worked to death will show it if you know what to look for. That said $125 isn't all that much considering it's a used product. As far as I'm concerned, the moment some homie unboxed it, the price dropped 30-50%

Yes, worst thing mining can do is mean you can't overclock the memory or might need to replace the thermal pads. As long as it was well cared for and kept clean.

The lowest retail price i could find in my country is ~512$, so it's ~387$. I have checked france and germany prices and the lowest is usually 450 euros and the occasional ~425 discounted ones.
