no. I thought about it but in the end It felt like it would be too much of a hassle. I really wish it was as long as earthbound though, most of the meat of the game is after chapter 4 and the needles feel rushed but otherwise it was fantastic
Emulation has input lag so that's probably why you can't get good at it... though I still could land a few max combos with emu (although using a CRT monitor).
Anyway, you don't really need the combos to win the game, though it can come handy, it's not a necessity.
I didnt, gayotronic. I said its better than wombless mother 3: the troony chronicles. Though now that i think about it, yes, yes it is better than mother 2 also.
Nice, my favorite is 4 on the NES (never played the remake) but I rarely see it mentioned among the best as well
usually when i see people talking about the best DQ it's 3 and 8 that come up. Wonder why anon likes 7 so much
5 and 11 too

4 (ds) was ok but i didn't like it as much as 3 (snes)
The final battle with psaro just wasn't as fun as the final battle in 3. It had more stages and felt way more drawn out and slow but 3's was faster paced and I was constantly on my toes. the really expressive animations, Zoma's design, and music also helped a lot in making that fight exciting and memorable whereas psaro felt kinda generic in all of those departments
That's not Mario rpg
Yeah it's really great.
Did you complete the bestiary?

Those were my thoughts when I entered Osohe castle
honestly i can’t get good at the rhythm battle mechanic and it kinda ruins the game for me . . . love earthbound

i play on a GBA with a repro cart with the English patch. would that still give me lag?
It shouldn't, then. But again, don't worry, it's not mandatory to pull off the combos.
