It also explains why the gimmick forms didn't launch with the base game (need to meet the maskmon and see her shtick and need to meet tinyturtle and see what the deal with its gimmickform is before we can borrow/adapt their powers to our own ends)

What, like the mask form she gets instead of taking a crown with flowers/candles/watersout/rock like normal tera forms end up like? Yeah, we know, they released and showed them off in the Oger battle. The gimmick is being enhanced by Terapagos when it shows up then our resident mask making buddy will probably be able to help us make masks to "draw out the hidden power of certain pokémon" - all of which will seemingly have had an Unrivalled raid and carry the Mightiest Mark.
It's not rocket science lads - Terapagos was confirmed to have a gimmick form before they even acknowledged it through Heath's Book, Oger brought Mas form tera changes to the equation. 1+1 added does not equal elephants, regardless how much you try and say it does. Sorry your shitmon won't get a gimmick form anon.

It doesn’t have to do damage. It has to stall out the clock. Eevee will have 252 HP (and either 128 in both Defenses or 252 in one stat), and 4 in a third stat. It will also have x50 HP multiplier and several debuff moves such as Charm and Sand Attack.
Aren't those announced at the same time? I doubt they're referring to that. This Eevee one also has the disclaimer and it has a single weekend announced
That's Charizard, but any Pokemon with a lot of exposure is going to be up there. It'll always feel unconvincing in Eevee's case, though, since it's basically impossible to stay mad at the lil' guy.

Insta shield +4 calm mind and adaptability hypervoice stored power and shadowball spam with chesto rest would be a way to inflate difficulty

Nearly every raid is rerun again. This is one of the few that (probably) won’t.
