Inquisition story is on par with Dragon Age 2. And I mean that with all the DLCs. If you played the base game only on a PS3 or X360, you got a mediocre game.

I've always liked it. Yes, it plays like an offline mmo, some of the characters are moronic, and so on, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

I plowed through the base game, no dlc. It was complete shit. Heard the DLC were good but it's even worse that they chose to lock up the good content behind a paywall. It had to be done on purpose.

It not bad. Plus I haven't play any MMO before so the complain about it being an single player MMO doesn't affect me.
All I remember from the game is non-stop spam of loot ping, randomized loot seeds that meant you would never see some recipes/crafts in your whole play-through and the asinine mission table requiring 10 real life hours per mission to complete.
There's a mod for the war table to disable waiting, but holy frick which absolute moron at Bioware made such a stupid decision to put something like that in the game.
I pirated the game and it was non compatible with mods.
I also remembered one more thing, that the game was heavily frontloaded. It had first "foresty" zone that was pretty good, with sidequests, npcs, puzzles, choices and loot all around. And then it all quickly deteriorated into huge empty zones with main quest only and a couple of collectables in them.
I pirated too and I still can mod it.
No, it's still an incredibly mediocre game.
It's better than 2 but still a bad game.
Has always been a 6/10 for me
I can easily see it being a 3/10 for someone who has zero interest in the DA universe though
