XB3 is a game with zero positive qualities and is generally agreed to be the worst RPG released this decade. There's a reason nobody is debating our posts. It completely wrecked Takahashi's credibility as a writer and director in the eyes of many.
Fricking based and this. Even Nintendo themselves is rightfully starting to see the series as a liability to their reputation and putting it out of its misery. Monolithsoft will be lucky to work on anything more than map design for the next Zelda game.

For the other main girls, I remember Zeon commenting about Mio's ears in his quest, and Eunie talks about her feathers a couple times, but I can't remember anyone talking about Sena's hair at all.

This game preaches ideas of entering an uncertain future, but all it is when you peel away the bullshit is an excuse to force past failures into a game they were originally divorced from, and whittle down everything from that new game into a setting where they can work.

Did the party know they would potentially meet again? No. They fought for the future for everyone's sake, not their own. They might have never seen each other ever again, or even forgotten them completely.
I will admit that it does diminish the significance of the moment with FR showing the recombination, but you could say the same for Pyra/Mythra coming back. Or Fiora getting her human body. Or the lifehold being completely trashed yet the mims still working. Incomplete resolution for the sake of storytelling isn't exclusive to XC3.

The two worlds were already connected as they were. 1 was a good standalone, then 2 forced the retcon connections. If you want to look anywhere, look there first. Then after that, then 3's merge only makes more sense.
