You need to reach Bloodsworn with the Vath beast tribe to buy their armor sadly, so you're in for a multi-week grind if you want that armor and haven't started with them yet.
Getting the turtle armor also requires you to reach Sworn with the turtle beast tribe.
I find the Vath arms and legs are really useful for various glamor concepts though, like making a demon or dragon or lizard look, since there aren't really any other natural looking monster limb type armors in the game.

You can't "main" a limited class. You won't be able to use the class for any relevant content. You'll have to do the main story quest and endgame content with a real main.

PIC can paint a copy of a targeted enemy and it uses a random skill, if the enemy's LB is full there's a chance to use their LB.
LB is Paint Brachiosaur, conjures a Brachiosaur that casts the classic FF Meteor (random amount of hits for random damage on each target hit, or causing a spam of small AoEs in the affected area)
When you take into account that every melee DPS has some sort of dash/teleport, you can probably guess that VPR will probably be a melee harasser kinda like MNK.
Honestly I don't really know what sort of PVP niche they can give it since Assassin (MNK), Executor (NIN), Brawler (RPR), and whatever SAM is supposed to be have already been taken.
VPR does good single target damage and has a huge obvious tell when he switches over to polearm mode and starts doing AOE damage. maybe the polearm is part of his limit break like Enshroud.
PIC gets three mini kits copying GNB's thing where they can select a role and get abilities relating to that role. limit break does all three effects with the one matching the current role magnified

I upgraded from a 1050ti to a 3060, I'll probably get a 4090 next year, I focused more on the CPU, getting a 7900x I know what you're thinking a weak gpu paired with that doesn't seem to match, but it leaves me room to upgrade in future for now I'm happy with the 3060.
3060 should still be enough to max Dawntrail I'd think. My cope is that 4090s will drop when the next generation hits but who knows with how things go nowadays

You need to reach Bloodsworn with the Vath beast tribe to buy their armor sadly, so you're in for a multi-week grind if you want that armor and haven't started with them yet.
Getting the turtle armor also requires you to reach Sworn with the turtle beast tribe.
I find the Vath arms and legs are really useful for various glamor concepts though, like making a demon or dragon or lizard look, since there aren't really any other natural looking monster limb type armors in the game.

pictomancer is a total unknown since "traditionally" it's a shittier beastmaster
PIC can paint a copy of a targeted enemy and it uses a random skill, if the enemy's LB is full there's a chance to use their LB.
LB is Paint Brachiosaur, conjures a Brachiosaur that casts the classic FF Meteor (random amount of hits for random damage on each target hit, or causing a spam of small AoEs in the affected area)
When you take into account that every melee DPS has some sort of dash/teleport, you can probably guess that VPR will probably be a melee harasser kinda like MNK.
Honestly I don't really know what sort of PVP niche they can give it since Assassin (MNK), Executor (NIN), Brawler (RPR), and whatever SAM is supposed to be have already been taken.
SAM is one shot cheese or feed.

Ordeals and randomly learns a lesson about friendship completely unrelated to anything that happened. Because Cylva's whole story, just like Cecil's, is about seeking redemption. Not only for herself, but for the Warriors of Darkness who she wronged in the past. That's what Cecil's story is actually about, and that central theme is something Zero completely left out. It's not Cecil if she's not finding redemption, except for people like you who see her change job to PLD and think FFIV's story begins and ends there, without any care at all for why and how that happens.
