>Aura Armageddon >The user unleashes their full power to do massive damage to the entire battlefield. However this will leave them unable to attack for one turn
>Hydro Vacuum >If the enemy uses a Water-type move on the same turn this is used, immediately negates the effects of that move and reduces its PP by half.
This could genuinely be a cool gimmick move assuming the effect is either getting a status condition, healing for a specific amount, getting confused or attracted or raising a random stat by any amount
Might be an interesting move archetype. Boost your attack, and it gets double scaled into a stupidly powerful move. Get intimidated and it becomes a wet fart.
>knockout punch >power doubles if opponent is awake; puts opponent to sleep
wakeup slap inverted if you're wondering
would be a fun move if it has a big drawback
>Dragon Descent
>Raises Defense and Special Defense by 1
>Distant Combat reskin
hah, inverted like that it looks like a weird floating centipede with a pointy face and tubes on it's back, kinda cool
yeah I dig it
Inverted upside down Falinks looks like a Mario/Sonic enemy
>Schizo Shift
>copies the target's status condition onto the user
>Finished Drawing
>Teaches Finished Drawing to the opponent and forcefully makes em forget a move
>Harm Pulse
>inflicts damage equal to 1/2 of target's HP
>Scream
>Wakes sleeping Pokémon
>Uproar
>Nap Time
>Causes sleep on all Pokémon for the next 3 turns
>Darkness That Drowns The Earth
>attacks using the user's weaker attack stat, can't bypass abilities
>attacks the attack stat
>Shell Fortify
>++ Def and SpDf, -- Atk, SpAtk, Speed
I'm surprised we don't already have a sort of "Shell Swap" skill for the hermit crab-like pokemon.
>Lock Off
>Guarantees the next move will miss
I mean, it'd be great with Stomping Tantrum or Temper Flare.
>Sweet Spoon
>inflicts damage, then restores half of the damage done
Bless
+spd -atk -def
Works differently when not used by ghost pokemon
Inwhich case it restores 50% hp to heal the target over time
>honesty
>move's power is halved if user has a status condition
This is actually a good idea for a move with high BP.
honestly it'd be good for a false swipe-like move where it's more for catching utility instead of actually being a good move
>Bad Breakup
>leaves opponent confused, paralyzed, and infatuated
Micro Inject
Damages the user for a portion of damage dealt
>true swipe
only damages a pokemon with 1 hp
>Paradiso
>Weak move with a sure hit that heals burn
>Aura Armageddon
>The user unleashes their full power to do massive damage to the entire battlefield. However this will leave them unable to attack for one turn
>Adulate
>Makes the afflicted Pokemon unable to use moves that directly inflict damage.
>Goodwill
>restores the PP of the last move the target used. Goodwill will fail of the move is at max PP.
>Slow Tumble
>decreases speed but puts a layer of stealth rocks up
>Arid Punch
>Ground type punching move that raises the attack of the enemy
>Gift
>Does damage then the target receives the user's item.
This would go hard as frick with Knock Off on shitty-but-funny gimmick sets
This fricks stall to death, because you can slap assault vests on their recover blobs
this is fling/trick but better
Not always, they'd need to be holding nothing to receive the item.
>work
>fails unless the user is sleeping
>wakes the user up, randomly inflicts paralysis, poison, or burn to the user, then causes the user to faint
>Slippy Web
>Upon entering battle, non-levitating Pokemon will slip on the floor, causing them to become confused.
>Hydro Vacuum
>If the enemy uses a Water-type move on the same turn this is used, immediately negates the effects of that move and reduces its PP by half.
>Pressed Body
>Defense against this move is based on enemy's Attack stat
Might actually be a fun move, something like a test of strength.
>Noticeable Rock
>Heals opposing Pokémon switching into battle
>Hardboiled
>The user inflicts 50 % damage to itself.
>Plow
>When any terrain is active, deals double damage and removes the effect of the terrain.
>Honesty Room
>For the next 5 turns, faster Pokemon go first.
>Splosh
>It has an effect.
This could genuinely be a cool gimmick move assuming the effect is either getting a status condition, healing for a specific amount, getting confused or attracted or raising a random stat by any amount
>Slug Plunch
>A slow but super strong punching attack (-6 priority)
Punch*
>Contemporary Power
>Has a chance to lower every stat of the user.
>Complicated Beam
>Changes the targets ability to Comatose
>Repulse
>afflicted enemy will sometimes use a move twice
>Fair Play
>The higher the user's Attack stat, the greater the damage.
Might be an interesting move archetype. Boost your attack, and it gets double scaled into a stupidly powerful move. Get intimidated and it becomes a wet fart.
>Quick Start
>The Pokemon's Attack and Speed are doubled for the first five turns
>Butthead
>30% chance to make target chuckle
>Normal Beam
>no additional effect
>Bless
>If Normal-Type, heal 1/2 of your health and recover 1/4 HP of the target's health each turn
>Otherwise, +1 Spe, -1 Atk/Def
>Implosion
Hits only user. Target faints.
>Burn Down
>Inflicts damage to the user
>The user becomes a Fire type if it is not already one
>Minus: powers up with Plus
>Low Crouch Kick
>If it hits, user takes recoil damage
>If it misses, enemy gains health
>Free Trade
>Allows the target to use its held item
>Allows the target’s trainer to use items on it
>Spirit Tug
>Damage calculation uses users Special Defense rather than Special Attack.
>Obvious Rocks
>Heal damage upon switching in
>cloudy night
>if the weather is sunny, removes the sunny weather
>drought chant
>if the weather is raining, removes the raining weather
>knockout punch
>power doubles if opponent is awake; puts opponent to sleep
wakeup slap inverted if you're wondering
would be a fun move if it has a big drawback
