I would actually be tempted to go for it, since my 970 started getting screwy, so I sold it for cheap to someone else. Then the pandemic hit, then crypto kept going. I've been stuck with shitty AMD APU graphics for years now. I've been sticking to some indies and emulators and it's been holding for now, but I don't know if I can for much longer.
I'm still rocking my 970 because I fell for the wait for 3000 series meme. When they announce the 4k series I'm going to order one ASAP so at least I can maybe get on the backorder list quickly and get one sometime in 2023. It's still fine for now for the games I play, but I would like to bump up from 1080p to 1440 or 4k eventually.
