I'm surprised games only rose to 70, that's less than 10%, inflation all around has been insane thanks to ridiculous printing during scamdemic among other things. now they'll probably gonna rise it every year by 10 more though until they get to like 100-120 at least. not even memeing. you just can't run a modern corpo which has had a lot of it's expenses rise by 50% and more yet the main products it offers are still priced the same as before.
And of course while the corporations both make rising record profits and keep eliminating production expenses left and right. Still they claim that price hikes are existential necessity. I'm 100% that there is a lot money laundering and kleptocratic structures within the vidya industry. there is no fricking way any video games require budgets of over $200 million to ship.
