This game was such a fricking disappointment. I don't even care about online only but the multiplayer racing is so dogshit and the single player is basically non-existent with the worst AI imaginable.
At launch, there was a lot of funny shit like that. Then when they took the game down for three whole days, and didn't offer any compensation, people uninstalled in mass. It didn't help that the extended reason was because the in-game real money shop wasn't working properly.
Stopped playing regularly after beating the "campaign". Have come back about once every 3 weeks now and every single roulette spin has been the least expensive prize. Frick them.
