Watchu you mean not in charger, it's in

      I think its carpet flooring.

      [...]
Imagine being so addicted you can't take a break to do your cardio.

      it is carpet anon

tbh i'd rather just lift and cardio undistracted for 60-90 than half assedly do the workout while you game. You will never make gains like this.

I don't want those gains, live long not strong.

Should I do cardio even though I lift? I'm on a 6-day split, and while my heart does get going I'm not sure it's enough for cardiovascular health.

Treadmills were literally invented as a torture device, go walk outside instead and enjoy the beautiful outdoors

      Anonymous

Personally that's when I put on a couple of shows and just watch, same with my row machine.

      >invented as a torture device
That's a bit of a stretch. It was invented to get some use out of idle prisoners, though a guess a fatty could consider running to be torture.

        Anonymous

It was a literal torture device, nobody wanted to do it, if they wanted to run they would go to the track and run. Being forced against your will to do something makes it torture.

          >Being forced against your will to do something makes it torture.
Only if it causes extreme pain in negative way, else all form of incarceration would be considered torture. And if running causes you extreme pain, they are actually making you more healthy as long as you aren't being forced to run on a broken leg or something.

      Implying I don't

I want to get into exercise so I can gain 10 KG (weigh 60 and am 185cm),but I would have to alter my diet. I don't really know what you can get that's cheap and healthy on a college budget. I could start drinking more milk instead of just water I suppose, but other than that I have no idea what to do.

You must look bones. Milk isn't cheap where I am but I don't know about gaining weight healthy. Maybe high fibre bread?

      >roller chair on carpet
You're gonna frick your carpet bro, get a mat

      yeah you're right

If you can cardio while gaming, I'm sorry to tell you, but you aren't doing shit on the treadmill.

But I am lol, got a sweat going on right now.

why do you leave your butt plug on the ceiling like that?

The particles it drops stimulate my senses

no thats moronic and a waste of time you should be focusing on your run and youre not walking at a good pace if you are playing a game. if you do this youre probably white and skinnyfat

I'm able to jog at 7-8 speed setting while using joycons. Problem I encountered when I began that almost fall of being to immersed in my game when jogging.

        >Problem I encountered when I began that almost fall of being to immersed in my game when jogging.
duh because you need to watch your feet while you jog works different with watching tv because your not doing any extra motor functions but youre not going to do any type of cardio while gaming.

Anon, I don't know how to properly explain this given your level of intellect, but doing cardio is one of the worst things you can do for your body. It's akin the opposite of steroids, you're atrophying your muscles at an unprecedented rate. Your tendons are being thinned and dried out into brittle jerky that'll snap at the slightest amount of force. Each and every individual muscle fiber is being is turning into overboiled spaghetti where they will dissolve from the strain of you lifting a controller. Your brain shall be addicted to rooning with no hope of a cure. It'll be an endless race towards your death as each section of your body gives out until there's only a hollow husk of you. I lost five separate friends to cardio, good men with loving families that thought, "Surely once or twice won't hurt me". They were wrong, dead wrong. The only way to stay healthy is to get strong. Don't follow them to their graves by running in place to the point that you've dug your own. Lift weights

My father is like 70 years old, ran 5 miles a day 5 days a week his whole life, and he still plays tennis. A friend of mine has a father that was supposedly some state weight lifting champion, but now he's like a 50 year old fat ass with saggy breasts that can't do anything outside.
