Should I do cardio even though I lift? I'm on a 6-day split, and while my heart does get going I'm not sure it's enough for cardiovascular health.

It's akin the opposite of steroids, you're atrophying your muscles at an unprecedented rate. Each and every individual muscle fiber is being is turning into overboiled spaghetti where they will dissolve from the strain of you lifting a controller. Your brain shall be addicted to rooning with no hope of a cure. It'll be an endless race towards your death as each section of your body gives out until there's only a hollow husk of you. I lost five separate friends to cardio, good men with loving families that thought, "Surely once or twice won't hurt me". They were wrong, dead wrong. The only way to stay healthy is to get strong. I want to get into exercise so I can gain 10 KG (weigh 60 and am 185cm),but I would have to alter my diet. I don't really know what you can get that's cheap and healthy on a college budget. I could start drinking more milk instead of just water I suppose, but other than that I have no idea what to do.

When I first started lifting I went from skeleton 115lbs to 140lbs so fast I got stretch marks on my glutes. I was just so damn hungry. They went away eventually.
