The game originally needed a psn account to play but the devs are moronic so they couldn’t implement it when the game launched, they finally figured out how to do it, but now a lot of the player base doesnt want to do it because they thought it was going to be optional forever. The game let them skip the psn account at launch with message that it was required to play the game, so the devs handled this in a dumb way, but anyone who saw that message and didn’t think to check what it meant also handled it in a dumb way. Basically everyone is moronic, have a good laugh, then get angry when people roll over and make a psn account to keep playing instead of actually doing something

"look for gamemon.des and delete it in c:windowssystem32 or c:windowssyswow64. Make sure your explorer can see hidden files
Run command prompt as administrator and type "sc delete npggsvc" without quotations
Then go into regedit and ctrl+F search for INCAInternet then delete any of those keys you find. In my case I had to do it twice. Just search again after deleting until no results get found."
